well the leader didnt like me at all dont know why really but the main reason was because the didnt want to do any progreses and there was alot of troubles in the guild

well i start playing at WOTLK and i cleared VOA TOC some of icc bosses

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isnt really worth mentioning

well i hope that i can make it to every raid and respect everybody in the guild and helping with anything i can Smile

and also i do what i supposed to do and tring not to do any mistakes

hmmm actually healing dont have rotation i cant really say its rotation but i heal who i can and have 3HP and use depending on the situation like aoe heal or single target

(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance prefered.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-2330 server time we do occasionaly stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

well ur time and days suit me fine but some Mondays i cant raid not all of them but some of them

Before applying be sure your willing to work hard on your character at level 85 and try to better it outside of raids by spamming heroics, farming mats for crafted gear that will improve your raid performance, and having it all gemmed and enchanted properly inc Helm and Shoulder Exalted rep Enchants.

All looks good only thing i can see that im not sure about is the meta gem.

btw what add you use for healing do you use wows raid frames or grid?

Hai, my long awaited reply is here Smile

Don't worry it will be quick,

Gear : fine

Gems : I've already said I don't think the meta gem is right.. As clans then also went on to say. Get the 54int 2% mana one. We will want to progress fast and with our tanks you will be thankful of the extra mana lol. Will mean you will need to swap some other gems to get it working but I think it will only take you one extra reckless Smile

- (keep in mind the extra mana will in turn give better mp5 too so you win on both sides there.

Enchants : fine

Profs : fine

Talents : ok.. But u should drop one point in protector of the innocent and find somewhere more useful for it ( I'd say enlightened judgements )

Glyphs : ok.. But maybe look at swapping cleanse for lay on hands, the 3min less CD is handy esp in longer fights where you may get to use it as a major tank CD twice, but I'm aware it's situational.

Now the serious issue........ !!!

Race : wtf, a cow ! Oh my god, how can you live with yourself...

All in all it's a good app, you have my blessing.. Wait for a final decision from Crabby and GL!

well i know the meta is wrong but i just got a new waist so i can but a yellow gem so i can use the mets gem i didnt use it cuz i was missing yellow socket
as for the point in protector of the innocent well some pala healers use some not nut its works fine with me and it really boost my heal a bit

as for the TAUREN dont say cow -.- u will hert his feelings i just love it Very Happy

Atm its the same as for your friend Except the fact your gear is good and full proffesions.

We have a few new healers and not sure if we can give a 100% raid spot so it would be Reserve or Social.
