Previous Guilds: i was in Fudged,Aspire,Crused,Element,Darksun In bloodfeather only reasons i leave from a guild is cause they stop raiding -disband -changing realm the reason i change realm was cause BloodFeather died

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic :MSV HOF TOES :normal MSv 2 bosses heroic my progress in 5.1 was lacked cause i was playing in dead server Bloodfeather with some friends.. just 1 guild was raiding serious but the progress was still low thats why i change realm ... and at 5.2 i start raidng with some friends or bugs and i got 11/12 experiance lot of tries at lei shen 5%previous week.... and some tries at jin

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning : DO MAX Dpsing-dmging ,taking No dmg(avoid think ,use my defensive cd when need )
What is your Spell Rotation ? :First, i start every fight in Stealth and use Ambush + Rupture to get Venomous Wounds up as soon as possible. After this, my priority is to apply and maintain Slice and Dice and Rupture. Never let Slice and Dice or Rupture expire and refresh them with < 5 Combo Points if necessary to prevent them from dropping. From here, follow the Combo Point building priority by casting Mutilate and Dispatch. Use Dispatch when your target is below 35% health or when Blindside procs. Use Mutilate when Dispatch is unavailable. Spend excess Combo Points on Envenom and to refresh Rupture.
Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec. :
melee hit cap :The Hit cap of 7.5% (2550 Rating) will eliminate the chance for any special ability (including poisons) to miss against a boss. This is the cap regardless of weapon type. Special abilities missing is the easiest way to lose DPS.
Expertize cap:The Expertise cap of 7.5% (2550 Rating) will eliminate my attacks from being dodged. Having this cap and always attacking behind my target is crucial for avoiding high DPS loss.
Agility :Increases damage dealt by abilities and slightly increases critical chance.
Mastery : increases the damage done by poisons.

Looks pretty much the same in a raid plus raid frame thingies on the left and boss mods left right bottom and in face etc.

Post a World of Logs report from your past guild or a 3 minute DPS report on the training dummies: As for logs I’m afraid I can’t provide any useful nor current ones since we literally just decided we’d log our raids yesterday (to look at what people do wrong and tell em they’re doing it wrong, sigh. :p).

What's your connection & computer hardware? :My Hardware is more than up to par for playing the World of Warcraft and most current games on maxed settings, my internet connection is an absolute piece of shit as for speed – 1.5mBIT!/s down, fuckallkbp/s up BUT since the 3 years we’ve lived in this Nazi-shithole I’ve never had stability issues or sudden disconnects apart from the mandatory 24h disconnect due to dynamic IP which I can set to be whenever I want it to be.

My name is Spiros, I am 21 years old and I live in the middle of nowhere, far up north-eastern Greece where more than half the population are National Socialists and almost everyone goes to their basement to laugh. Only the latter applies to me. I’ll still make nigger jokes because this is the internet.
I don’t particularly enjoy real life things like socializing and friends – Your first impression would probably be forever fat virgin nerd gamer something something hot pockets. Hell if it weren’t for my shitty connection I’d be making a living off streaming like a lot of people do these days because gaming is just an absolute passion and a whole lot more interesting to me than “real” life. Needless to say I spend 95% of my waking time playing something or just vegetating away browsing the internet, the remaining 5% my dog lays in front of my keyboard belly up and begs me to hug it.
I sort of have a business as "computer guy" but in this region I wouldn't exactly call what I'm doing actual work - it's more like occasionally taking money from people who don't realize the possibilities of Google
Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular? :I’ll be honest, it’s been a long time since I’ve been in a successful guild and a lot of that time is due to my personal life but the last 4 months I’ve had more time on my hands than I can handle – to the point where I’ve actually bothered with a relationship, ugh. I NEED to raid heroics, I need that edge and the thrill of doing things before most of the world even so much as attempted it, it’s just in my nature.
Why I want to join you is as simple as you seem to be selling exactly what I'm looking to buy, or vice versa, both work I suppose.
Players you know / How did you come across us? :There are many people I’ve played with over the years who are now scattered all over the place who could vouch for me, hell there just might be in ScrubBusters but none of the names I’m seeing on armory ring a bell I’m afraid.
I’m not the most sociable guy so I haven’t exactly got contacts I can “ring up” but if references are important to you I’ll get on the horn! (Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's. : i an raid all raiding days

Anything else you'd like to include about yourself: I’m good with finances – book keeping, managing, sorting, that kind of thing. I’ve always been passionate about doing Auction House stuff and managing the Guild Bank, in most of my previous guilds I’ve been responsible for providing everything the guild needs for raiding – Enchants, Gems, Flasks, Potions, Feasts, even epics. You name it, I’ll get it – with or without the guild bank’s money. At the moment everything I do for our 10man Guild comes out of my own pocket and I’m absolutely okay with that, I just really enjoy doing it and it helps out a lot because most people just don’t want to or can’t put the time into getting gold. But I'm sure a top guild like you guys make a lot of gold from boosting kills and achievements.
Still, if at all possible I would like to continue doing this job even if only on a limited basis unless you already have someone in charge of this. In which case I would of course proceed to make it look like an accident and take over. I haven’t got a whole lot to show for, so I can only hope that these Words caught your interest. If not, perhaps this poem will, because fuck jokes;
