Reasons for leaving those guilds
Ok well as a newbie to the game I was mainly raiding just Karazhan and Gruul in TBC. We had created a guild (Randomheroes) as a group of friends and we were very inexperienced, raiding at that time was merely a bonus.
I did move guild's to fill their (Absolution's) roster for the end of the expansion, and get to experience a couple bosses in Tk and BT but it was right at the end of TBC. This was done on my warlock..

That experience gave me a hunger for killing big things (no, I didn't go to the zoo and slaughter all the elephants, or the fat girl down the road).

When Wotlk came out, I had returned to Randomheroes, as a warrior tank, and took over as GM. We progressed at very steady rate in Naxx before a large number of our players stopped playing completely.
An officer in our guild had contacts with another GM of another guild, where we moved and I became Main tank and Officer.
I main Tanked through Ulduar with this guild, making it as far as Vesax before I was forced to take a short break from wow due to work.
It wasn't long after I came back that the new officer team had decided to leave to a better guild on our server leaving me alone in the dark. (Wait, I never got that achievement) D:
(Basically the Gm was a tank and the other guild didn't have room for 2 tanks)

This abandonment eventually took me to Oneshot. After a month or so I was promoted to main tank and officer, brought a few players in who I had met in the past, and had some very enjoyable raids, but missing out on the better achievements such as Tribute and LoD.

Right up until the end of wotlk I felt I was a key member of Oneshot, and gained respect from many of our members. The bad news was that I was to be the only officer left standing for the release of cata. Upon hearing this news I began to research into getting members in to fill the spaces about to be left by those who decided 10man raiding was the-cool-thing-to-do, but new members who would live up to my ambition were hard to come by. So I decided a 'merge' was the way to go. I discussed it individually with the core members and they were happy for me to do what I thought was best. In fact, my ideas made some people want to stay in the game and be a part of it.
Oneshot and Guildless were 2 quite old and fairly competitive guilds on Auchindoun, they almost hated each other, but somehow I managed to convince them to join forces.
Unfortunately things have taken a turn for the worse and i have lost my enjoyment in the game while at this guild.... I knew there was a reason i hated that guild >.<

Requiem @ Al'akir -Left due to our guild master did not let me raid for over 1 month, and i dont know why, was allowed to stand over for over a month so now im tierd of being on standby all the time.

Why do you want to join Cerebral?
I'm just looking for a new home, somewhere I feel welcome, and the raid times+days suit me really well!

Why should we take you over anyone else of your class?
I have a great raiding attitude, I come prepared, and I do my job well.
I am very aware of what is going on around me. Rarely fail.
I am never happy with how good I am doing until I do it better. Which only makes me want to do it better again. I can't help but compete with myself at all times. I feel this is a good asset, because you will always see me improving.
I know what a good guild wants out of a raider, and I am 100% sure I can fulfill these requirements.
With my acceptance you will get a loyal, dedicated player who you can rely on to do whatever task you set him.

What do you expect from us?
Positive attitude. Good progress. Organised and stable raiding.

Is there anyone in Esoteric that will vouch for you?
I'm afraid not

Do you talk on Ventrilo during and outside of raids?
If required yes. I will talk when it's needed.... sometimes I could get carried away, but don't worry I'm just as good as shutting the fuck up, as I am at talking crap

What do you enjoy about raiding and WoW in general?
The whole experience of doing things as a large group via the interwebz is really good fun. Nothing beats getting that kill ona boss which you have been wiping on for weeks on end. Then ofc there is the friens you meet on the way, I am a very sociable person in wow and will talk to almost anyone.

Do you mind farm raids/progress wipe-nights? What do you do in WoW apart from raiding?
I love everything about raiding, you wouldn't catch me skiving from anything, gear doesn't mean a lot to me, I am happy to have the fun of raiding. Purple pixels are just a bonus to give me higher numbers Razz

What are your goals in WoW?
To enjoy raiding and as I currently stand, find a new home where I can strive to do the best I can to help make great progression

How do you keep yourself up to date?
I refer to elitist jerks and mmo to keep up to date with any vast changes to my class. I like most to discuss things with fellow mage within the guild. The combination of these things can really help with doing things which suit the tactics we use.

Very good first impression...

Using an old app from a different char; well that diffidently proves that you really want to get into this guild.

Re-do the app so you at least have a SLIGHT chance...
