I'm experienced player. I played in many guilds in both 10 and 25 man difficulty I started to play in the end of The Burning Crusade. I'm always prepared for a raid (food ,flask,pots etc. I think that I'm responsible and I respect other player. I'm always open to any suggestions and of course i will bring good dps Smile

We killed Lei shen a few weeks ago and some people said that for them " Content is over" even when Ra-den isn't killed. We were raiding 2-4 days per week ( very often raid didn't happen because we're lack of tank or healer) Too many slackers and people who didn't respect other people time. That's why I decided to change a guild and Realm.

I think that is not guild for me. Endless "farm" progress. We have some good ppl but also we have a few who are bads and slow our progress ( Now...we cannot even start progress on Malkorak because ppl slacking... and don't show up on raids).I don't really enjoy raiding here That's why I wanna leave.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic

First tier 11 Heroic bosses killed (25 man)
I killed 13/13 HC in previous tier. (10 man)
Currently tier 8/14 HC (25 man)

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.
In Wotlk :
I killed everything expect Lich King Heroic and Halion HC before release of Cataclysm
In Cata
I Cleared all content in this expansion on Heroic. ( killed Madness with 5% or 10% nerf buff I don't really remember Razz

)

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
I think that I should understand mechanics of game, raids, specific encounters and of course mechanics of my class.

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority ?
Rotation is really simple you need to keep 100% uptime on your dots.

Priority is like:
Curse of the Elements - when nobody else provides the debuff.
Agony - Maintain at all times.
Corruption - Maintain at all times.
Unstable Affliction - Maintain at all times.
Haunt
Drain Soul when target is below 20% Health. Replaces Malefic Grasp.
Malefic Grasp as a filler spell.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.

Because I'm trying to stack mastery as much as I can (already reached 13737 haste cap) Crit chance is useless so i'm trying to avoid this stat.

Provide a relevant World of Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?

I'm looking for stable 25 man raiding guild. You seem to be serious guild that's why I'm applying here.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:

I'm able to attend for every single raid

(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

I think that I understand everything in the template and I have nothing to add.

Before applying be sure your willing to work hard on your character at level 90 and try to better it outside of raids by spamming heroics, farming mats for crafted gear that will improve your raid performance, and having it all gemmed and enchanted properly.

All of the above will be monitored during your trial period so be willing to try hard.
