Previous Guilds: Button Bashers, Bonde Special, Forsaken Bloodlines

Reason for Leaving: Button Bashers and Bonde Special went under cos of GM stopped playing, and For Forsaken Bloodlines because i dident agree with the guild masters, they told us if we would like to change their playstile and the guild they would kick us, and for the raidleading aspect there is non, quiet in raidcall and the raidleader is not a leader anymore hes quiet as a mouse when we raid.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played? TBC during the Karazhan time, 218 days

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic: MSV 10HC 4/6, HoF 10Normals, Terrace 10Normal, ToT 10HC 10/13, SoO 10/14 atm slow progress as f**k :/

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90:
Vanilla raiding: MC, ZG, AQ20
Burning crusade full clear up to BT,
Wotlk: full clear up to TotC with full HC clear and all HC in ICC exept Lich King
Cataclysm: BoT and BWL + some HC's in there, stopped raiding when FL came.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? : Make a good impression of my self and bring a friendly face and a good raid spirit to help the raid to progress and work forward to the goal.
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority ? Always keep ES up on tank and use riptide on cooldown, keep my Healing stream totem down on cooldown and use Healing Rain where the most people are that takes the dmg.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec. Atm my reforge is Haste because the shoter casttime on my spells with the dmg output in the 10man's, and for the 25man's i think i should go for a mix of Haste/mastery for the increase of healing done of the current healt of the target that needs heal, or Haste/Critt for my Ancestral for some extra healing output .

Provide a relevant World of Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular? Celean told me that this was a good guild with nice progress and a good raiding enviroment.

Players you know / How did you come across us? Celean, he told me to apply cos u did search for healers with brain.

Alts and Level (if any): Mage 524ilvl (90), Paladin 518 ilvl (90), Hunter 480 ilvl (90), Priest ilvl not worh mentioning (90)

Are you or any of your alts currently guilded?: Yes, but i have given notice that im leaving

Did you read our Rules & Policies? Yes

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

The only day thats abit trouble for me is weekends when im with my gf and for Sundays usaly home around 20:30 then. the other days is fine for me.

How come in some blue sockets you gem for intellect and spirit and in a different blue socket you are gemming for haste and spirit and in your chests blue socket you gem for pure spirit.

Like, I don't understand your method of gemming.

Blue sockets = Intellect and Spirit
Red Sockets = Pure Intellect
Yellow Sockets = Intellect and Haste

As Xt said, the inconsistent gemming strategy is a little worry-some. If you were aiming for a specific break point I could perhaps understand it, but 9510 haste is the middle of nowhere between the 8916 HST and 10513 ELW breakpoints.

You mention going for haste for the reduced cast time, yet have Mastery enchant on gloves?

Some more logs would also be nice; a full Flex or (yeah, I know it's horrible atm) an LFR perhaps. One boss from 10man doesn't really tell us much.

ye well 10 man and 25man is abit different with the geming, and when i felt i was lacking in some of my stats been trying to smooth things out, and i havent had that much time to watch over my stats lately when i have recived a new upgraid.

And Yes for my gloves, i havent even noticed that my self that i had the mastery enchant there, i thought i did enchant them with Haste, but i must pressed the wrong enchant tome. It's sorted out now.

And for the WoL, i think you should see more fights than only that one, think you can click trought other fights right?As for some of the HC kills i have been in Elemental spec cos it was only needed to be 2 healed cos i were the one that was suitable to respec for that fight.
