i allways use Flask of the warm Sun/potion of the Jade Spirit. Previous guild supplied the chow... Mogu Fish stew for progression push
Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)
Well what can i say.... that hasnt allreay been said b4!? I'm a nice guy... meh thats a lie... I'm a really really really nice guy.. I bring humor in to the raid... through artistic dance and poetry.. nah jk... I bring myself. brains and hopefully the skill to match... on the social side of things.. I have been told that I'm a great drunk on Vent come saturday nights

Previous Guilds:
Currently in a guild called Cloud Nine (mainly becasue I just switched servers and was burnt out from raid "progression" with guid before on Nordrassil)
Most noted:
Fallen Legion-Nord main raider
Reason for Leaving:
Was getting sick and tiered of constantly wiping to avoidable stuff. FL was a prog raiding guild in Wrath and Cata.. even top 100 at one point in BC
But it just seemed to go down hill from Cata.
People that constantly failed mechanics were never benched...
Main problem I had and ultimately the reason i left is of the main click of "friends" that was in the guild... tanks and healers that were failing all to often, but since they were apart of that officer click kept their spots.
When did you start this character and how long have you /played?
I started this char back in 2010, when i cam back from my studies in Australia, before then I was playing a orc warlock on Khaz'goroth Oceanic servers.
Back in Cata I played boomkin through Firelands, but switched to Shadow priest at the begining of DS and have been playing it ever since.
What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic '
I've allways been apart of a 25man raiding guild since i started waaaaay back in 2006.
MSV 6/6heroic
HoF 4/6 heroic
ToT 4/13heroic (took a break due to nothing changing in raid lineups)
SoO 4/14 Flex (present day, looking for a raiding guild)
What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we don't need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.
I just started at the very end of TBC, so all I did was pug what i could to gear up and learn my class. Back then I was playing my lock in a guild called Defiance(server 2nd at the time)
We went into wrath with the same mindset of progress push and cleared Naxx/ony/OS/ULD and ToC 3/4 hc, but ended up switching guilds during ICC due to guild falling apart when GM left the game.
Got trial with rival guild on our server and raiding spot next week.
After Wrath I moved back home to Norway where I currently live per date.
What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
other then my crazy deeps? I really love my Fortitude button.. so I press that as often as I can before boss pulls, and even during fights when some one accidentally dies and gets ressed mid fight.
I also love enjoy using my confession glyph, and or make my own emotes.. just for the hell of it 
I also adore my PoM button
What is your Spell Rotation/Priority ?
Well lets see.... I start the fight with 3 seconds left of countdown with Fade, pre-pot, Halo, mind blast mind-flay until enough of my trinkets/cloak/ proc then hopefully with a little luck my uvls proc I apply dots and shadow fiend and then mind-flay away... depending on talent choices I normally prio orb regen as much as i can
Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
Well atm my reforging and geming might be a bit off... at least my gemming may not be optimized as of yet.. due to the fact that I recently got new gear from that great guy in the sky Ordos, which made me change around some geming to get as much haste as possible, yet still keeping the big socket bonus's
Ultimate goal is to reach haste breakpoint of 18200, but would need some more gear to do so.
Mastery over crit before i hit 18200, then will be switching to crit over mastery.

Provide a relevant World of Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc.
hmmm... not 100% or even 10% sure how to run a logs to be completely honest... if anyone would like to give me an in-game msg on how i would gladly run one in lfr after reset

Do you have oRA3 Deadly Boss Mods and OMEN ?
Allways run DBM and Omen ever since I started raiding.
Please list any other add ons you use to help you raid.
I use Weak Auras to track trinkets procs as well other things like nest grps on Ji-kun and so on.
Do you have a microphone & Ventrilo installed?
I have a working headset and mic, as well as Vent installed.
Used to using Mumble since last raiding guild used that... but can quickly re-learn Ventrillo as well.

I would say well above avg, My first language is English, and i speak it as often as I can

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
I chose to app to Cerebral because of raiding progression to be honest.
I can't really see myself in a avg guild that is content with clearing content on normal mode. I've always been apart of a progression pushing guild as long as I've been playing... and anything other then pushing for server 1st is out of the question for me.
Players you know / How did you come across us?
I've been looking for a raiding guild ever since I transferred to Kazzak from Nord. Considered applying to Cerebral at the start, but I was still taking a break from raiding at that time, and didn't see a need to app to any guild til i was a 100% sure I wanted to raid again.

Warrior is in Thule because I managed to click accept instead of decline on their random guild invites, and haven't bothered to remove him.
Warlock is un-guilded.
Druid is in Prodigy same reason my warrior is in thule.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.
the days I currently can raid on are wed-thrus-mon-tues
Sundays are reserved for work unless I am not shift manager, then i might be able to attend raid at a later point of time

Like I said before, i am used to progression raiding, and as such I have patients while trying to figure out new strats and tacts to downing bosses.
I'm a happy go lucky person, but when it's time to focus, I strap down and focus my brains out on what we are about to do, and how we should do it.
I try to help guildies out as much as I can, whenever i can. I am respectful of others views and thoughts on whatever it may be.
