I would bring a reliable raider, who is on time for raids, who doesn’t mess around also someone who is dedicated to this game. In my last guild (Silence) I have designed there who loot distribution system via a spread sheet.

Sublime – Disbanded
Genesis – Over recruitment lead to a lot of people leaving
Silence – I was trialled here on my Enhancement Shaman, However I did re-role to my monk. They had no space for another Mistweaver at the time so I left.
Imperium – I joined here in the vein hope it was a well communicative guild who were stable. However they weren’t it was quite horrible.
Silence – Joined Silence again, asked to come back after one of their monks quit. My laptop died during my trial here and I’ve got another rig ordered and on its way I will be over 60+ fps in raids, This basically lead to my trial being withdrawn.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give an original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
At the moment in the raid I bring a stun with Leg Sweep which I actively use on Lei Shen Hc, Consorts Hc, and Megaera HC. All this for add control. I also as a monk am not targetable by ranged abilities meaning I can be placed just about anywhere and manage ranged or melee positions.

What is your Spell Rotation ?
Keep Renewing Mists on cd, Allow it to bounce around, Thunder Focus Tea only when there are 8 people with the Renewing Mists buff. Soothing Mists to gain Chi, Spend Chi on Uplift as much as possible. Keep Chi wave / Burst on cool down. Using my Revival depending on CD rotation of healers and how much damage we are taking.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
My Stat priorities are currently:
Spirit (until comfortable I am at 7005) > Intellect > Haste (I’m on break point 2 which is 6141) > Crit > Mastery
My gemming is to achieve the maximum I can, I have skipped bonus’ which give me Spirit as I am not in need of more than 7k currently.
I have used the Orange gems to gem Intellect and Crit, This is because the more you Crit the more mana you get back from your heals, since I can’t reach the last haste cap yet I’ve went with a more crit heavy reforge / gemming system. Once I have the right off pieces I can change to haste.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.
I’m available for everything every day of the week.

Just that I know I’m lacking in my logs, I know I can push more if I had the Fps which I am fixing I’ve spent quite a bit on getting a new rig and pushing my limits. I’m up for learning and growing as a raider. I was enhancement shaman for 8 years the dedication I had there is the exact same dedication I have towards my monk.

Hi there yeah silence I had joined originally on my shaman which was my main. Since I rerolled I left them to go to imperium (who are now 10man) they didn't communicate well and there was no structure. Once I'd noticed this I'd looked around else where. But then I had a lot of friends in silence still in good contact ended up back there on my monk. Silence isn't working out well with respects to my pc issue (due I'm praying before 30th July) then we have 3 mistweavers, 2 resto Druids and then the boomkins. A very large roster etc.

Nagrand I played my monk healer, it was my first guild as a mistweaver monk, my shaman always being enhancement I found the switch from melee to healer easy with monks being melee healers. Tanking was always my alt on my warrior. Although recently I've found monk tank quite enjoyable as an offspec.

Regarding pc, it should be here by 30th July I'm going to give them a ring and see if it can be sped up.
