Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)
On the raiding aspect:
I'm a guy who says what he thinks (sometimes too honest), while still trying to maintain the non-douchebagness.
Also I'm an active players who tries to bring the best out of his class regardless DPS, performance and just the class in general.

On the social aspect:
Currently I have 2months holidays, which means I'll be online from 10-12AM till 1-4AM on skype, not always in game. But I'm always up for a chat (unless I have dinner/shower/bio break ;P).
I (have) watch(ed) A LOT of anime, jDrama, kDrama, TV series (American ones) and currently reading Manga/Manwha, so my interrest are quite large, and I like to chat about them.

WoTLK (Horde):
Mazrigos realm:
- Oxry, guild made together with my GF. Died cause we wanted to raid, but thats hard with a social-casual guild where no1 really wants to raid.
- Order of the Rose-Croix, joined this guild together with my GF. We left after a month, because it was raiding, but not the way we expected it to be.
- Pain and Fable, also joined with my GF. I left the guild after 5months~, because I broke up with my GF, so which made me inactive for an amount of time which the guild didn't like.
- Search and Destroy, after a break of a month. Quit the game after 3months. Bored of the same content.

~Break of 1 year~
Cataclysm:
Azjol-Nerub realm:
After starting over again with new class, new faction, new side (alliance).
- The New Beginning, it was a leveling guild which I used to get guild perks (+more XP, more rep, guild repairs etc) to get lv85 fast. Right after I hit Lv85, the guild wanted to raid but didn't have the right people for it, so it died.
- Valkyrie, first raiding guild in 1 year. I left after one and a half year, because 14hours/week, 4-5days/week whiping on the same boss kinda destroys your spirit in general. But the raidleader wanted to do it, even tho there was no progress for a month.

~Moved to Frostmane horde, since AN-A was dead and FM-A no friends there~
Frostmane realm:
- Exsurge Domine, joined with my brother (Well he asked me) to raid with those guys. Stayed there for 2months, left after that together with close to all the officers, core raiders and normal raiders (I guess you can guess what happened) to go Alliance @ Frostmane.

~Alliance side~
- Holy Warriors, joined with a big group. The guildleader was an ass, so we all left after 3months.
- Savage Reborn, also with the whole group. They weren't raiding active enough, only 2 days/week.
- Unparalled, we created a 10man guild (B-team) there with the whole group. It worked fine for 1year, but after that, the Leader of the A-team tried to take all our members so it resulted in a big fight, and we left/got kicked.

~We were at last content anyways, D3 came out, so we anounced a break for 4months, to wait for MoP~
MOP (Alliance):
- Disconnected Reality, we created this guild from the scratch. During this period I also rerolled from Elemental Shaman to Warlock, simply because Elemental Shaman wasn't fit for me and they forced me to take a ranged spot.
Been there till the end of MSV/TOES/HOF period. Guild sort of disbanned by then. The people who were leaders here and core raiders went to Brotherhood of Saints.
I took a break from the game here for 2months, cause I was nearing the end of my school-period and it required more studying.
- Brotherhood of Saints, joined the friends I used to play with in ED, HW, SR, Unp and DCR. But this time the GM/RL broke up with her boyfriend and started a new relationship with the GM of this guild. She then turned in a massive douche because of that guy.
That guy has alot of issues regardless being a regular people with common sense. He threatened people and stuff, so the current RL and the 9 core players that this guild had, left the guild to start their own raiding group.
This happened around 3weeks after I joined this guild. Remember, I had 496 ilvl and no experience, so applying somewhere else was kinda different. So I followed them (ofc..)
- Synthesis, this is the group that has been made. This guild has great potentional, but that potentional is gone. The Guildleader (who was RL in BoS) changed from a nice, rational guy to sort of dictator.
Which resulted in me (after 4months~), having some minor (what later became major) issues with him. Also here there was a person who didn't fit in with the group, but due to the fact that he pushes high DPS, he is still here.
Due to missing a ranged person, the RL/GM went from MW to Priest, and expects to get every item that he wants, even tho (for example) I have been waiting for 3 items only for over the past 5-7weeks, but they never dropped.
But the moment it will drop, it will go to him, cause he enforces it. Which resulted in me having (even tho I'm not loot horny, just competetive) a major outburst against the RL/GM and another officer, who first tried to keep me there,
but later changed his way back to the RL/GM to keep him happy (I guess), which resulted in me giving up on that group. It's not because of the item, but because of the principle. Even if I can get it all this week on coin.
Also this guild has alot of issues regarding attendance and just speeding it up. For example the boss died, then everyone keeps on standing there waiting for it to be given out instead of killing the trash for next part.

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.

TBC: Started playing at the end of the expension, my (then) girlfriend showed me the game.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a!n! original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning.
Giving utility by Portals, giving an extra boost on health with Healthstones, bringing 1 of the best (if correctly executed) DPS specs in the game CURRENTLY.
A heavily multi-dotting class (depending on spec) is also nice, especially in ToT, since there isn't really any single target boss anymore.

What is your Spell Rotation ?
A warlock doesn't really have "rotation" more to keep the dots up 99-100% ideally.
Affliction:
Keep Agony, Corruption and Unstable Affliction up. (Sometimes UA is little bit lower, since its not instant but a cast)
Cast Haunt in order to not get 4 Soul Shards, or when you have dots applied who has major buffs (e.g. all trinket procs, meta gem proc etc.)
Cast Malefic Grasp as filler
Cast Drain Soul under 20% hp instead of MG.

Demonology:
Keeping Doom with 100% crit up and Corruption up.
Try not to get Hand of Gul'dan get to 2 stacks to long.
Try to use Command Demon on CD. (unless heavy AoE part is upcoming before it's from CD, for example Wrathguard)
Keep Molten Core from stacking up to 10 stacks.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
I chose to go for 9778 Haste instead of the 8100 Haste, simply because I use Affliction more than Demonology ATM.
Reforging I use is:
15% Hit/Expertise combined > 9778 Haste > Mastery > Haste > Crit.
I don't benefit from Crit at all, because of the UVLS trinket.
Haste gives me an extra tick on certain dots.
Mastery increases the DMG on the ticks/DMG from Pets/Meta-form. (Depending on spec ofc.)

I just DL'd oRA3. And Activated OMEN (Cause I hardly overaggro, I removed it, since in this age, most of the tanks can hold aggro)

Well, I'm dutch. So some words will have some major impact on how to pronounce and the meaning.
For example someone from England might be offended by something that isn't meant that way, cause of the way it's been learned/used.

Internet is stable, unless Ziggo all of a sudden breaks down (like it happened 2 days ago, where whole NL didn't have internet from 10.30 PM till 9AM).

(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.
For the upcoming 2months (cause of holiday):
Monday-Sunday: 11AM-5PM (dinner time+dishes and whatnot. Dinner is normally around 6 PM but varies) 7.30PM-1/4AM

After that:
Monday-Friday: 7.30 PM-0PM (1 AM latest, depending on next school day)
Saturday: 11AM-5PM (dinner time+dishes and whatnot. Dinner is normally around 6 PM but varies) 7.30PM-1AM

As you've read (thanks for that ^^), I've followed people all over, but never really started something for myself. Even tho I'm following Super to here (because I suck at finding guilds, cause I always underestimate myself) I hope to find a home for myself after all this time.
