Hello Cerebral,

My name is Ultimatuz and I would like to apply as a raid member in your guild.

Before I proceed I would like to introduce my real life related self to you since I am sure that as a guild you would like to know about the personality of a potential raidmember.
My real-life name is "Jack", . I was born and raised in England and I currently live there. I am 21 years old and I am currently unemployed which gives me a huge amount of freetime. I am willing to convince you about my personality in an interview if you wish to invite me in to a Mumble/Ventrilo/TS3 conversation to question me about further information.

Kazzak:
I transferred my Character to Kazzak in January in 2009 in order to start raiding again on a populated server and to forget some emotional disappointments from my former realm. Notice that I had to Rename my Character for that matter since the name Ultimatuz was taken here. The reason I am thinking of leaving my current guild is the current lootsystem and some heavy disagreements with the current, inexperienced raidleader. After a few years i moved to the server EU-Ragnaros to raid with an IRL friend of mine, but due to me feeling im being 'held back' with progression, this is the reason why ive had to revert to applying to a guild on my old server in order to get back on track, a guild which i know is very dedicated to the game itself.

My progress in ToT HC as you can see is not as much as what you guys have, but ofc that doesn't mean not having the progress it makes you a bad player, not atall! it's all about the skills of the player. The guilds ive been in on my current server EU-Ragnaros, have held me back for too long, which is why im wanting to re-transfer back to Kazzak to get to where I should be ! With a very well constructed/decent raiding guild such as yourselves, i'm the kind of player which thrives to achieve and consistantly reads the tactics for every individual boss we're encountering and gives it my 100,0% performance. Knowing it perfectly.

My current Realm is EU-Ragnaros which i'm willing to transfer and my current Main is Ultimatuz, a level 90 Bloodelf Mage and his Raidspecc is currently Fire, however I am very willing to respec at any time for the sake of the raid and the guild, i also have an OS which is frost which could come in quite handy, PVE/PVP.
I have two raidprofessions. I have Jewelcrafting, and i have a profession which is no good anymore, which is herbalism, which i used mainly to do with money making reasons to supply raid potions/flasks etc.. but i will be getting this changed to either enchanting/tailoring asap! Then I have gotten my stats in order from the best to the worse, which you can see from either ingame or on the wow armoury:) niether the less both specs are skilled to the current content cap.

What motivates me?

My Mage was always my greatest pride and I am always trying and striving to get the best possible outcome out of him while maintaining a perfect Survival:Movement:ActiveDPS/ActualDPS ratio. I am very unpatient for the next patch which will solve my "Ignite Munch" problem since this fix will allow me to calculate my DPS with lesser random number generators and I will be able to show my capabilities as a damage dealer in your raid. This is very important to me since I want my superiors to acknowledge me for my performance and not only for the human side of myself. Being acknowledged by my friends motivates me the most. This is why I always try to get the best for me available enchants and gems for my mage. Upgrading him in any point makes be very motivated about the next raid since i will then be able to see the outcome of my efforts.

I have a Holy paladin which is on Ragnaros also which i will be transferring if getting accepted, this will be coming with me also if needed for alt runs!

Why do I want to join Cerebral?
I want to join Cerebral because I want to join a guild which gives me an environment to train my skills as a player and which will provide me with the necessary challenges in order to extend my abilities as a raider. I find that Ice is capable for this and I hope that Cerebral will become a Guild which I will stick to as much as I did with many of my old guilds from previous servers!
I am a player who is very dedicated to his raid and guild as long as it remains a respectable environment with leaders and officers who are dedicated themselves to their role in the guild. This is why I chose a guild with high standards and a long existing core of players since that gives me the highest changes to find the guild I am looking for.

What do I expect of Cerebral?
I expect Cerebral to be an emulous guild with friendly guildmembers and I expect my raidleader or officer to be a person I can talk to about my performance and get feedback frequently. I would like to find a person of trust in Cerebral and I want to raise my status as a raider to a new level.

What can I offer Cerebral?
I can offer my honest self as a striving player who tends to have an 100% attendance on raids. My former guilds raided 5 day per week and I always had a 100,0% attendance. Also I am a player which tends to learn really fast. I would like to convince you about my qualities as a raider any time. Also I farm my Bufffood myself and I am always flasked for farmbosses in order to achieve the best performance. Talking about performance, I am a player which cares about the guilds perfomence as well and knows when a good idea or suggestion can help and where to shut his mouth. I am very used on proggressing and I am a player who attends the raid to progress inside a raid-dungeon with his guild in order to show that he is capable of clearing the challenges Blizzard threw in his way.
But due to thursdays being a problem for me atm, thursdays are the only day i will not be able to attend:/ but this will peresist to september which will then stop, allowing me to then have 100,0% attendance Very Happy

Let's talk about my playing habits and my interface.
As I said before I am unemployed which means I can raid every day from 00:00 to 23:59. Of course I am aware that Cerebral raids only 4 days a week which is the only negative I found in this guild so far, however I would like to state that I would be capable of raiding 6 days a week appart from Thursdays which i have mentioned a few times. But this will only persist till september, then i’m available 7 days a week!

My Encounter Debuff counting mod of choice is Big Wigs. I like the emphasize feature of this addon. Although I liked Deus Vox Encounters a lot more as long as it was still up to date.

I achieve an average FPS of 200 in 25 Man raids @ ultimate details.

My connection:
To avoid ambiguity I would like to concern you that I read and fully understood the "How to apply ?" post. Therefore I can guarantee that I possess a stable Internet connection with a very good quality since I am using the ALICE/HANSENET backbone in Germany for that matter.

Keybindings and setup:

My keybindings are set up to allow me to move freely and to perform to the best of my capability to allow me to let of the best amount of DPS possible for my gear and spec.

Macro's in which i use for better raiding performance:
I do have some relevant macro's in which i use for a better raiding performance allowing me to pop all my cool downs at specific times of a boss encounter, things including, mirror image, BL, combustion, trinket cd's, pots/flasks etc... everything is specifically macro'd which is usefull in fights and/or keybinded which then allows me not to click, clicker<keybinder!
My future plans for raiding?:
i intend to play this game for many more years to come! this game i have grown very fond of, which is why i have played this game for almost 7 years now. My mage means alot to me and i don't intend to have any sort of breaks whatsoever!

I will of course immediately give a statement about any question you have about my gear and my skillbuild/glyphs. I am crafting my own skillbuilds which are based on bosses and movement:survivability issues and I am very aware on changes coming with patch notes.

You have had your bracers ALONG time and no enchant missing also BOTH JC Gems and lots of other thing are jsut wrong.

Not what we are looking for GL finding a home.
