I would like to be one of the Cerebral's raid members,strike through difficulties with everyone and feel the joy when we accomplish things togather. Cerebral can expect fully pre-raid preparation from me.(written and video tactics studied,20flask+40food+20potion bagged,15mins earlier to the raid entrance and full attention during raid time)

Previous Guilds: Peace of Formosa, Nightwalker, The Night Shift

Reason for Leaving: I started playing WOW in taiwan realm during TBC.
-In TBC,I was a casual player and don't have much end game experience.I was a tauren tank warrior and started a stable karazhan pug.
-In WOTLK,I joined the top guild for TBC raid in Taiwan-Peace of Formosa,as a resto druid.I was in the 2nd core raid group,had achieved Glory of the raider(10player) just in time to get the drake mount.
The leader of POF left after losing first-kill to the China guild-Stars.I started playing fury warrior and joined the guild Nightwalker,have 11/12normal ICC25man experience before nerfed.
-Now in Cata,I have just moved to Cambridge to continue my study and started a goblin resto shaman in EU realm.
I was in The Night Shift(turalyon),people there are nice but my college is going to start soon and I can't raid at midnight anymore.I transfered to Kazzak and hoping to find a 25man active raiding guild to continue my passion towards raiding.

6/7Fireland normal 25man(18% on Ragnaros)

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.
Sorry, this is a new character that I made in Europe realm, I don't have any other raid experience on this character except Cata's.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Punctuality to the raid timing is very important,in my opinion,nobody should be wasting anybody's time. Pay full attention to raid leader and keep the chat and voice channel clear for raid leader is also important.In cases such as Baleroc when I'm designed to trust my guild mate's and focus on my own job,I will do it.Otherwise I will always try my best to strive for more to help out during raid.

What is your Spell Rotation ?
Besides from basic playstyle such as earthshield,watershield,riptide,healing strean totem always on.My playstyle is I use nature swiftness->unleash element->greater healing wave on tank's emergency low health(normal around 40k,crit80k).
When raiders are spread out and getting damage,I use riptide on tank and healing surge on raiders,I seldom use chain heal.
I'm always open to any criticism and willing to improve myself.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
Through Wowprogress website,I get to know Cerebral. The guild's progress and raiding schedule is attractive and suitable for me.Therefore I'd like to be one of the Cerebral's and strive for better goals togather.

I can play everyday through the week,and 20:00-24:00 server time each day.

Anything else you'd like to include about yourself:
Restoration shaman is my main spec,with enhancement offspec.I read the updates on mmo-champion every morning,and learn most of my shaman knowledge from mmo-champion and elitistjerk.
After intellect and spirit,I boost mastery for my restoration build(with 780haste soft cap).I can be assigned to either tank or raid healing or any specific healing mode.
