Reason for Leaving:
Driven - I rerolled Horde when the Darkspear server opened up.
Diesel - The server was pretty much dead and very hard to recruit, a group of us moved to Aggramar to join Rising.
Rising - This was a very casual guild, for example, we raided 5 nights a week, but recruited people who could only raid one night per week. While it was a very fun guild to be part of, the players being recruited were getting very bad, while the good ones were quitting.
Wiping as Intended - Myself and a group of friends decided to give our own guild a shot, so we created Wiping as Intended. However, after a while recruitment was very hard and we started cancelling raids all the time. I arranged a guild merge to create Conviction.
Conviction - I was GM of Wiping as Intended, but had decided to step down to being a raider in Conviction. After a while my friends had quit and I decided it was time for myself to move on to a more hardcore guild.
Vision - We had recruitment issues in the first tier of Cataclysm and the guild decided to move down to 10 man. I took a break from WoW until Firelands when this happened as I didn't want to raid 10 man.
Valkyrie - I joined this guild as I had a friend there and I wanted to try Firelands. I quit for SWTOR, I class that game as my biggest disappointed in gaming history.
Diesel Gaming - Currently with them. We have had recruitment issues so have stopped raiding.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played?
This character was created in Vanilla and was my second level 60 Warrior (first being Alliance). I have 247 days played.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria?
I'm rather embarrassed by my current progress, it is currently 6/6 MV and 4/6 HoF, 10 man normal. This is due to recruitment issues of my current 10 man guild and having to play with very bad pugs.

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char?
Vanilla - Cleared everything up to C'thun in AQ40 (Prot Warr).
TBC - Cleared everything up to Felmyst in Sunwell (Fury Warr).
WotLK - Cleared everything apart from HC Lich King and HC Halion (Fury Warr).
Cata - 7/13 HC Tier 11 before taking a break and 6/7 HC Firelands (Assass/Combat Rogue).

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid?:
Well of course my main roll is to bring high damage to the raid. It is also important to take as little damage as possible to make the healers life easier. It's important to know your class and all the abilities you can bring to the raid, for example Rallying Cry for a heavy aoe damage moment.

The most important responsibility is coming prepared, with flasks/food/pots, watching videos of the fight and listening to the raid leader.

What is your Spell Rotation?

At the start of each fight I will use Battle Shout and Charge when possible. Next I will use Bloodthirst, then pop most of my cooldowns (Deadly Calm, Bloodbath, Engineering Trink, Skull Banner, Berserker Rage), I then hit Dragon Roar, then I pop Recklessness and Colossus Smash at the same time, followed by Raging Blow. By now my next Bloodthirst should be up and I will be hitting 3x Heroic Strike as long as Rage lets me. I will also pop my Trink cooldown 10 secs after my Engineering Trink.

For a basic breakdown I follow this rule.

BT > CS > RB > WS (on Bloodsurge proc) - HS when above 70ish rage. Use Battle Shout when I have a free GCD.

At 20% I do the following.

BT > CS > Execute (I usually try to pool rage for CS, so I can get 3 Executes in a row).

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have?

Crit is King! When my Bloodthirst or Colossus Smash Crit, I gain Rage, extra damage and a Raging Blow proc. The way gems work these days it's also more beneficial to gem pure Crit than Strength.

It's also important to be Hit and Expertised capped, as you don't want to miss or have any attacks dodged.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
After the collapse of my current guild, a couple of my friends and I have been searching for a Guild that suits our needs. My friend made a post on the battle.net forums and one of your officers contacted him and we were made aware of your situation.

Before making the post on battle.net, I had looked at your guild, but under your recruitment status, Warriors were highlighted in red, so I thought you didn't need any.

Players you know / How did you come across us?
N/A

Alts and Level (if any): Level 90 Priest (Holy/Disc), would like to do alt runs on this, have so far only done a few bosses in MV. Have every other class bar Mage at level 85/86.

Are you or any of your alts currently guilded?: No.

Did you read our Rules & Policies?
Yes.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

I will always make at least 3 raids per week. I am usually always available during the week so my attendance would be higher than that. If I am free on a Friday or Saturday, I enjoy doing alt runs.

Previous online gaming experience (if any): Star Wars Galaxies, SWTOR, Battlefield 3.

Anything else you'd like to include about yourself:
Well I'm an easy going person, I work as an accountant full time Mon-Fri, which can lead to me browsing the internet a lot during the day Smile

I class myself as a big gamer and I take my raiding seriously.
