You should pick me because I am the kind of player who puts the guild ahead of myself.
I am also the kind of player who can play several specs and classes without much practise needed. I am not the kind of guy who can only stand there and press Sinister strike. I have also played this game for several years and know how to deal with most raid situation!

Raid got deleted becouse guildmaster ninjamoved the guild to an other server where some of her friends are.

In february this year and /played 74 days.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.

Oh dear, alright. First of all, yeah buddy I'm a WOTLK-baby. I actually dinged my first 80 pretty much the same day as Call of crusade released (patch 3.2, ToC), I played a warrior called Kádir on a server called Shattered Hand. I was noob who really wanted to taste the raiding so I sat down hours and hours playing to really learn my class and to enter my first raid. I remember that I was in a guild called Valhalla and we were pretty bad during ToC. We killed 4/5 Togc 10 man and 1/5 togc 25 man. At that time I even stepped up to be Valhallas main tank. Patch 3.3 (Fall of the Lich King) released and we actually decided to massinvite people to get some quick progress and we managed to kill Lady deathwhisper Pre nerf (the nerf came pretty fast) and we killed Saurfang as well before they released next wing, and yeah all this in 25 man. As the time flew away in Icecrown citadel I decided to try something new, that's when I leveled up my lovely rogue, Znus Something happend at that time in Valhalla and people really started to slack off with the dps so I gave my Znus a shot and went straight to Top 5. A couple weeks later I was the top dps and I was in the top on every fight. But still we didn't come any further, Valhalla stopped at 11/12 25 normal and 8/12 10 hc. Our GM took everything and stopped playing so I changed guild immediately to a guild called Carrion. We did amazing after the summerbreak, after the first raid we killed 9/12 hc 25 and once again I was in the top of the dps meters. Sadly I decided to quit wow because of school so that lead to something that you're not allowed to do, oh yeah I sold my account. Couple of months later I bought a new account from a friend of mine just to try out Cataclysm.

Cataclysm

Cataclysm came and I changed total direction, went from tank to dps to a freaking resto druid. I loved healing 4.0, that was so much fun and I still played Carrion then. But once again the GM came weeks and weeks unprepared to raids so the core members decided to leave and start up a guild, they called it Purple. They brought me to Purple and we had a blast, we killed 5/13 hc, until I once again decided to quit Wow for school. And once again I did something very naughty, I sold my account. I quit Wow for good. UNTIL my freaking pal freaking mindfucked(excuse my language) for two whole weeks during my vacation in Alanya, he told me how good everything was etc etc, so yeah I just couldn't stand his voice anymore, so I got a rogue account from a friend, Shrih undead. I joined Sphere late summer after some pugging normal in Dragon Soul. Joined into heroics and everything went smooth, we did actually kill all bosses 25 man first time at 25% nerf. Me with Legendarys totally crushing the damagmeters. All this in 25 man.

Mists of Pandaria

This is where i first really understood that I could learn more. I didn't have my legendarys anymore and now a ret-pally was topping the dmg? I totally dive into guides/livestrems of toprogues/forums and spent propably more time offline then actually online during the first two weeks. After ALOT of reserach i found out those small little secrets that can optimise your rogue and BOOM i was at the top 3 damage in every fight in MSV again totally crushing the other rogue in guild damage wise still with same or less damage taken. But the guild didn't go so well, we lost two of our top players and constantly running with halfgood trialist made our progress completely stop. We did 5/6 first week MSV was out in blue gear with the 10 best players. But 1 month later in 25 man we had real struggle even getting there with to many people underperforming even if we did get there eventually. We decided to stop playing 25man and switched to 10man. We did 6/6 normal in about 1,5 hours, and cleared 3 bosses HoF, forth boss at 3% and about 20 good tries on Stoneguard HC. Then the next morning the guild was gone. The guildleader had taken the guild to another realm stealing all the guild money and everything. Now our 10man guild that finally was GOOD and potenciall to get alot of bosses down HC got shattered after just 1 night raiding together again as 10man.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :

Lately I’ve been the one of the people who is checking up the tactics to the encounters discussing with raidleader before raids. But I’m also one of those who are keeping the interrupts during fights as well such as Spirit kings where you have to interrupt Shadow blast from Zian of the endless Shadow or Crazy thought from Meng the demented without losing tons of dps. I’ve always been the dancer on Will of the Emperor and I was the one teaching people how to do it properly, and I have to say that I’m an excellent dancer!

What is your Spell Rotation ?

My opener -> Tricks -> Prepot -> Stealth -> Mutilate -> SnD -> Mutilate -> Rupture
Keep Rupture up, Optimise Envenom uptime, Dispatch when possible. Rotation depends on the encounter and when to pop CD's.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?

After seeing your videos on youtube, which were very appealing I decided to make an application. You seem to be able to keep focus while having fun in raids, which is a big plus in my book!
I have also since MoP came out been comparing on WOWprogress between me and Zoyt in your guild since we were on the same place Itemlvlwise realmranked. From there i compared logs and i think that i have a strong chance to compete with you guys. Didior seems to be the one topping the dps but i think we together can accomplish great things.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance prefered.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

I can raid Sun-Thur 2000-0000 and propably some fri & Sat.

Previous online gaming experience (if any):

I've played Counter strike at a skilled level and been in many tournaments in that. Winning a few LAN-contests with 200 players is my biggest achivment.

Anything else you'd like to include about yourself:

Requirements:
- Must be level 90 Check
- Have ilvl gear (470+) and Relavent raid experience Check
- Maxed Proffesions / Enchants Check
- Be able to raid at least 3-4 nights a week from 8-24 Check
- Have a good understanding of English Check
- Have very good knowledge of your class Check
- Willing to listen and follow instructions Check
- Be able to move from fire and Clouds Check

Before applying be sure your willing to work hard on your character at level 85 and try to better it outside of raids by spamming heroics, farming mats for crafted gear that will improve your raid performance, and having it all gemmed and enchanted properly inc Helm and Shoulder Exalted rep Enchants.

All of the above will be monitored during your trial period so be willing to try hard.

I havn't thought about that until you mentioned it now. I will go ahead and test it. They reason I sometimes use mutilate when i have "free dispatch" available is when i am "Anticipation'ing" my rupture/envenom. Lets say that you have about 7 seconds left on your Rupture and 5 CP, and you got a Dispatch procc, i pool energy for a few seconds and then Mutilate to get 7-9 Combopoints and the very millisecond Rupture falls of you can apply a new 5 CP Rupture, get 4 new CP instantly and then instatly Dipatch for the last 5 CP and use a Envenom. This way I have not been using Dispatch to not go over 10 CP. This has helped me to increase my Rupture uptime aswell as my Envenom uptime, but Dispatch-proccs might get lost using this but optimise Envenom/Rupture. Will be interesting to test out and see if i not hit 10+CP.
