What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance?

atm am using full spirt since we (healers) having problem in mana reg but every time i find my self that I can mange it with less spirt I change for example I might start for my first raid with spirt flask and int food , if i Found my self that i didnt oom badly I will sw and after maybe gearing more I will use boh flask and food int , and for Elixirs I use a spirt one so i can use it with my mana tide totem .

Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)
As raider I will bring a progress for sure , I Will bring for you a solid healer.
and as social aspects , I'll get for you pleasure ^^ .

am talking when the raid were newly released .

well I downed Bwd , BOT and Tot4w as 10 man normal 10 man
Did FL 6/7 normal (before the nerf ) and 7/7 normal + 5/7 hc 25 man
did DS 8/8 normal and 8/8 hc 25 man
in general
and to be more specific :-
I downed in my Druid Tank : Bwd , BoT , TOT4W normal 10 man , FL 7/7 normal , 5/7 hc 25 man and DS 4/8 normal 10 man and 5/8 hc 25 man ( first 4 bosses and spine )

Downed in my mage : Bwd 6/6 normal , 5/6 hc 10 man and DS 8/8 normal 10 man , 4/8 hc 10 man ( first 3 bosses and madness )

Downed in my Resto shaman : BOT 5/5 hc 10 man , FL 7/7 normal 5/7 hc 10 man and DS 8/8 hc 25 man

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.

Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isnt really worth mentioning

well , as I see it that we are going to reach the peck and am the one who is holding the stairs if I fail in my job you guyz wont be able to fulfill your duty . so lets me say it in other words , my responsiblities are to heal the raid making sure that if any wipe happend wont be a healing issue and making sure that as me healer saves some of my mana incase the raid took massive dmg or unnecessary dmg . and last thing as I mentioned before I need to be solid healer .

What is your Spell Rotation ?

well I cant mention it here , But let me say it in other way incase you really wanted me to write down , first gana make it in 3 parts , part one low dmg taken - part two medium dmg taken - part third heavy dmg taken .

before explaining the three parts , I need to keep tidal waves on wither by using riptide or chain wave .
so now i can start with .

Part One (Low dmg on raid) :-
In this situation I will be using reptide 2 healing wave and riptide again and try to use riptide on cd which means it will be on 3 to 4 targets all the time , can use 1 riptide and 2 healing waves then chain heal and 2 healing waves but I found that it will be waist mana if the raid taking low dmg and I will be overhealing .

Part Two (medium dmg on raid) :-
In this situation I will be using the healing wave + chain heal and maybe depends on the hps of the raid greater healing wave .
and as I mention on part one the rotation how to keep the tidal waves up all the time .

Part Three (heavy dmg on raid) :-
Well , In this situation It depends on my Cdz Spirit Link Totem on stacking and I'll be using Healing Tide Totem if the raid was spread , but It always depends on the fight because for example I wont be using Healing Tide Totem on ultraxtion fight but I will use this Conductivity instead so thats why I always keep dust incase I had to change something or try something btw fights and see whats better . Now if the tank is the one who is taking heavy dmg , I will use riptide to increase the healing surge crit by 30% and then use healing surge fast and try to get him on at lest 50% then use riptide again and Unleash Elements then use twice Greater healing wave and cont the same rotation

Now there are Important spells I didnt mention for example Healing Stream Totem , Healing Rain and Unleash Elements , thats because
I will be using The Healing Stream Totem and Unleash Elements on cd , so I will using them all the time all the fight . but for the Healing Rain I will use it always in Part two and part three because I find it A waist of mana if I used it on part one since am not the only healer .

Extra Cd , Quartz , Skada , Tidy Plats (I use this instead of ctrl+v , I manged to make the only hp of the player who I target it ) , Power Auras Classic ( but this addon is not up to date yet , I will be using this addon to track my totems timer since I have this idea about using this spell to my advantage [Totemic Restoration] so I will try to use Totemic Recall before the totem ends like on 1 or 2 seconds I did try it with out the addon but its kinda tough to track all the totems so , I will do perfectly when this adons is updated ).

so I know how things are running on guild , but anyway I wont have problem with them since my only gold is progress ^^ .

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance prefered.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-2330 server time we do occasionaly stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

Nps m8 , you will see me if I got accapted , am online 24/7 , my life is simple , I go to gym 6 am then to collage at 9 am , I'll study at 11 am and then all the day is wow ^^ .

Would like to see a UI screen shot posted. (With your Grid / What ever you use on show.)

Would advise you to get a little bit more haste because you need 2017 Haste to gain an extra tick with healing rain (this is also counting the 5% haste you would have in a raid).

yeah , sorry about that I forgot to do a feet enchant , done it now , ^^ i did hast enchant , and downed the hast from my shoulders so the total now is 2039.

mmm fixed that too >.< I did removed the refoge from my shoulders found it better this way my hast is 2166 and i got 1,5 sec for greater healing wave .

and for the UI am just waiting to join a raid group so i give can like for you , if its not nussary to be in raid group so I like it now .

your mana regen in combat is a little worrying. With the amount of zero spirit gear you have.

Your chest needs to be reforged from crit to Mastery. Dont know why you havent done that.

Sadly, we have 2 active resto shamans and we are in dire need of Mist Monks.
