I am a good and serious player.
I will perform well and I will be well prepared for every raid and all encounters.
I Will have near 100% attendance.
I'm a nice and tolerant person who can talk about most things.
I always strive to become better. Theres no such thing as "perfect" theres always something you can improve I try to find these things and work on them to make sure i stay a good player and becasue i enjoy it.
I have alot of freetime and i can do alot of stuff outside raids to help the guild.
I am a night-person and my performance is not affected that much if the raids are extended.

Reason for Leaving:

I have not left yet, but many in the core raiding group have stopped playing and I think the quality of the raids is going down. ATM we dont even have a guildmaster. They know that I'm looking for a new a guild and they know i might leave. The reasons for applying to new guilds are:

I want to move on to a better guild and more stable.
I'd rather raid 25 man, theres no opportunity for this on my server.
I have some issues with one of the officers in the guild. (I won't say why here because its quite personal. But if you want to know i can tell you in /w.)

When did you start this character and how long have you /played ?

It was created near the launch of cataclysm and the played is:
total, 80d. at this level 60d.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Cataclysm? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic:

As i mentioned before i dont have too much 25man experiance since its a 10 man raiding guild im in so all encounters are 10 man.

during 4,1 I was in a danish-ish guild we got all on normal and most of the heroics. We didnt get all of them because we had some attendancy issues and the it was a guild of friends and the skill of the players varied
alot. In 4,2 some of the better players moved along with me to Horizons and we got all on hc. in 4,3 we got all on hc aswell. Dates were pretty shit due to attendancy issues and it was very hard to find good players on genjuros since its a lowpop realm.

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.

I've raided some of the raids all from vanilla but back then it was a bit casual. Its not until now in Cataclysm that i took raiding seriously and starting enjoying it.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isnt really worth mentioning

During raids (non combat) I will pay attention to what is said, I will be ready for pulls as soon as possible . I will be repaired and I will make sure i have eaten and got energy to stay for the entire raid with minumum amount of breaks. Respecting other peoples time is important. I will be prepared for any special asignments i might recieve (such as adds on bethtilac heroic). I wont talk on vent unless its called for or if i have something important to share. I will bring a good mood and be motivated and inspiring.

Theres many factors for good performance.

What is your Spell Rotation ?

Killshot, if target is low on hp and its not going to die very soon (1-1,5 seconds) from dots, provided theres something else to attack.
Blinkstrike
Kill command
Dire beast, kept up as much as possible
Serpent sting, if it will be alive long enough(~20 seconds or longer) or if it needs refreshing from dropping off while I have plenty of focus.
Arcane shot, as long as i will have focus to use killcommand once it gets of cd.
Cobra shot, When i need focus or sometimes when I need to refresh my serpent sting and will not overcap on focus too much
Focus fire, when it falls of (except if i want to save the stacks up for a nuke phase) or if it hits five stacks and my current one is lower than five stacks.

The usage of cooldowns is important and vary from fight to fight. But I try to take a measure of time on the fight and i use them as much as i can without loosing cycles and to make sure I have them ready if theres a nuke phase when i need them, Like Tendon on spine for example. Now when we got readiness in all specs we can use this to get extra traps as well as extra rapid fires, wich opens up new possibilities. Example. we have issues with slowing and killing the adds on phase two on Madness. I use readiness early in the fight to make sure i have it for when we get there and i use it to make sure i get an extra trap for slowing aswell as rapidfire for extra focus while casting multishot.

On some fights the pet doesnt need to move very much and on these fights Lynx rush talent peforms better and is semi-synched with beastial wrath. But i used BS here becasue it peforms better on a few of the encounters in DS.

I always carry around the new dust so i can change talents if needed for certain encounters.

I tried to upload a log to wowmeteronline.com but it said the servers were down and i kept getting fatal errors. For what it is worth i can say i did 36-37k dps on the 85 dummies. I will keep trying, if you have any other suggestions I am welcome to them aswell

I got insane internet in my apartment and limited by the cable only.
Computer is freshly rebooted and i've installed wow on a SSD and the hardware runns wow well on ultra.
I've never had issues with my hardware in wow.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?

It's on a good server and it got a good date on Madness and i want to raid in a 25 man guild.

I dont know anyone in the guild and i came across it on bnet forums

In Cerebral, no. I only raid on my hunter, unless specific alt raids.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance prefered.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-2330 server time we do occasionaly stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

I have alot of freetime and i can chose when and how to work with my work i have so i can attend 5/5 nights most of the time staying up late for extended raids if needed is no problems either.

Previous online gaming experience (if any):

eve-online and sc2 is the only other games i played alot

Im nice person and a good player.
I have very mature aproach to the game when it comes to who gets the loot and such things.
I will be a part of the team and I will help the guild and guildmates to make good progress in MoP
I have alot of freetime and can thus contribute with many things to the guild.
I always develop myself and strive to become a better player. If I am underpefroming I wont just sit around and hope for it to "fix" itself. I actively try to become a better player always. Both because i think its fun and it's expected of me.
I use informative pages such as MMoChampion and elitist jerks to get more information about the game and I use this information best i can to make sure im performing well in dungeons and raids.

If i get accepted i will be joining your server the moment i hit 90 so i can help with dungeons and gearing up. My realm, Genjuros, is low pop so hitting 90 should go fast and i plan to do so during the first 60 hours of the expansion.
