I have Engineering, because I love the utilities (Nitro Boost, Parachute, Synapse Spring) but mostly I like Jeeves Smile

Otherwise it's same strong as any other professions if you use Synapse Spring on each CD (which happens in combination with Berserkring and Elemental Mastery, which is most likely even more beneficial). JC is just pure dps increase, socketing for extra Intellect. Im very lazy on farming Fishing, so I rather use AH to cook me a food for raids and First aid, well who needs it when you are not running oom and you have Healing Surge Smile

What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance?
As any caster I'm using Flask of the Draconic Mind and Severed Sagefish Head, pure intellect increase

Desribe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)
As I said I'm playing Elemental Shaman and I'm playing him for very long time and I know my class very well. Not just teoreticly from Elitist Jerks but also I time to time do my own testing, but Im not really a math guy. Also I have been always in top guilds on Steamwheedle Cartel so I understand what it means to raid on top, I understand the dedication it requires and Im willing to put in always a tiny bit more than anyone else.

Previous Guilds and Reasons for leaving:
Order of the Gray Wing - Casual Raiding guild of Czech and Slovak speaking players, they almost disbanded after half of the guild left for Age of Connan, I had to Raid Lead for some time, later on, I gave up.
Serenity - not really guild, it was just a Raiding Group formed from like 3 or 4 guilds and some random players around. Left because of disagreements with Shaman Class Leader (Axanti) who, sorry to say it, was a d**k.
Devotion - Very nice raiding guild we went through MH, BT and SSC as a realm first, sadly in WotLK our GM stopped playing, and Main Officer (or I dont know how to call him) took over. I left after he told us, that he own us all and we will do as he obey (literaly, Im not making this up).
Damnation / Ressurection (we moved to Horde, changed name and raided untill 2 weeks ago) - Left after guild disbanded (status of the guild was very unstable, one day we raided, other we couldn't because lack of players (healers especially, and good ones)). Also I was forced to play my Warrior Tank more often than my Shaman, because we missed an offtank. It is something I can live with, but I would love to raid on my shaman again. Also I was always more into 25-mans which is no more possible on Steamwheedle Cartel.

I started this character like in middle of TBC, which is like 3 years ago?

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Cataclysm? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic
Currently in Cataclysm we cleared BoT (10/25-man), BWD (10-man) and ToFW (25-man) on normal, on HC it was Halfus (10/25-man), Magmaw (10/25-man), Chimarion (10/25-man), Atramedes (10/25-man) and Maloriak (10/25-man). Progress atm in Firelands is 6/7 (10-man), best try on Ragnaros was 31% sadly.
I was raiding a lot on my warrior lately, so you can see, I haven't killed these bosses once only (as I did on Tórm): http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/steamwheedle-cartel/avalan/advanced
Also that's a reason, why Tórm isn't properly geared, I didn't have chance to raid on him lately.

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.
I started raiding in TBC, so I have no Experiences from Vanilla (if you dont count private servers ^^). So in TBC I went through every raid and downed every boss before major 30% nerf except Twins, M'uru and Kil'jeaden. As far as I know there was another nerf somewhere in middle of TBC or something which I missed (I wasn't raiding yet so I dont know) so I guess I downed them all after this nerf. Sunwell, except Kalecgos and Brutallus were Realm First.
In WotLK again everything cleared even on HC, achieved Conqueror of Naxxramas, Death's Demise, LK HC 25 (with 30% buff) and Halion HC 25.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid?:
I'm DPS, so my responsibility is that the boss dies before he hits enrage timer. Also we all know that dead dps does less dps than moving dps, so I always move out of shit on floor ^^ (I know it's a common sence, but I just felt I'll rather mention that). My other responsibility as a shaman with a lot of mana is dropping Healing Rain every time raid hugs up (Like on Majordomo or Chimarion). Also I had my own little responsibility to force people (paladins and hunters especially) to change their buffs (pets, auras) to benefit the raid most, which shouldn't be a problem in 25-mans ^^

How would you feel if you were asked to respec by the guild or by your class leader to either help guild or improve your dps/healing/tanking?
There are many talents around in my spec which I could possibly change into (like Reverberation, maybe Earthquake) and I know it. If Class leader / guild feels like I should switch into it, I wouldn't have a problem. It would be the best for the guild and that's what is most important.

What is your Spell Rotation?
There isn't a rotation really, it's mostly a priority list.
Static: Flame Shock (when it is not on target) > Lava Burst > Lightning Bolt > Earth Shock (if 7+ stacks on Lightning Shield)
Moving: Flame Shock > Earth Shock (if 7+ stacks on Lightning Shield) > Unleash Elements > Thunderstorm
Also usually at the start of the fight, after initial Flame Shock I redrop Totems (to activate Searing Totem or pop Fire Elemental now)

TotemTimers - Best Addon to manage totems, shield tracker, weapon imbue and reincarnation tracker
MikScrollingBattleText - Better solution for scrolling text (incomming heals, incomming dmg, outgoing damage, totems expiring, shields expiring etc.)
PowerAura - The best addon I have every used, I made my own PowerAuras and I cannot live without them! It's my life work ^^
TidyPlate - Better solution for name plates.

Written english isn't problem (well not untill Im really tired and I cannot think), spoken is a bit worse (as you could figured out, Im not a native speaker), sometimes I cannot find out a proper word, but I think it's is much better than a proper raider needs Smile

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
Because I would love to stick with my friends that are applying aswell, also I would love to start raiding 25-mans again. And I don't like being guild-less ^^ Also I like your videos <3

Sadly as far as I know, I know no player in your guild. We came across your guild after we transfered to Kazzak and started looking suitable guild for us.

Online? Maybe just trial of Warhammer, Dungeongs & Dragons Free2Play, some FPS online, but mostly WoW only.

Well there isn't much, maybe just keep in mind, that I was playing on my tank a lot lately so my gear on shaman isn't amazing, but I will do anything to prove you, that Im not just another average player.
