I have all buldings at level 3, including Dwarven Bunker (I guess it has a different name on horde :P), Barracks, Trading post, Barn, Enchanter's Study, Storehouse and Salvage Yard.

What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance?

Greater Draenic Intellect Flask, Draenic Intellect Potion, Salty Squid Roll, Focus Augment Rune. I am an Alchemist, JC and a cook and would be happy to make guildies consumables when they are in need.

Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)

When it comes to raiding, i bring good raid and environmental awareness that could contribute in progression. Noting what went wrong and trying to fix it. In addition, i can play my offspecs equally (both Enh & Resto) when needed. When it comes to the Social Aspect, i enjoy hanging on teamspeak (or any other comm that is used) with guild mates even outside of raid, doing achievements or challenge modes, mount or mog runs, invasions. basically anything with guildies included, most content is more fun with friends ^^

Previous Guilds:
Iceclown Citadel, Synthesis, Genetics. (All on Outland-EU)

Reason for Leaving:

Leaving all 3 guilds was basically the same reason. People qutting and raid roster becoming smaller and smaller until the guild basically falls apart. Iceclown Citadel - My first raiding guild. Joined in Siege of Orgrimmar, and progressed casually. Killed Malkorok and people started quitting and we basically stopped. Synthesis - Same story but at Siegecrafter. Genetics - I joined Genetics when they were progressing Paragons of the Klaxxi and it was my first serious raiding guilds. Went for realm first and everything. When WoD came along, it was only a matter of time until the same would happen to this guild, and it just recently did :)

When did you start this character and how long have you /played?

I started this character at around 5.0 MoP prepatch. I have /played this character 175+ days overall, 60+ days at level 100.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in the past, Pre-Patch MoP, After 6.0 etc? HC / Mythic

The whole Siege of Orgrimmar...Mythic Highmaul apart from Imperator and full heroic, full heroic BRF and 7/10 Mythic BRF + experience on Mythic Maidens on all 3 boats.

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata, MoP) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.

Started raiding in Siege of Orgrimmar.
14/14 SoO heroic before the pre patch, both 10man and 25man.
6/7 Mythic Highmaul before BRF release.
7/10 Mythic BRF.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning

My responsibillity in a raid is to use my awareness of what's happening to the adventage of improving the following attempt of a certain progression boss. Another thing would be to help raise the moral when on a wipefest. Also, after experiencing my old guilds, my responsibillity in a raid is actually SHOWING UP to the raid.

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority?

Fire Elemental at 2-3 sec followed by prepot->precast lightning bolt (chain lightning on 3 targets)-> flame shock. If specced Storm elemental, searing totem at 4 sec->Storm Elemental followed by prepot etc.

Single target - Flame Shock>(Unleash Flame if Unleashed Fury Specced)>Lava Burst> Earth shock 17+ stacks>Searing Totem>(Elemental Blast if specced)>Lightning bolt

AoE (more than 7 targets) - Chain Lightning x1 followed by Earthquake (twice if Echo of the Elements specced>Earth Shock 17+ stacks>Chain Lightning

3 targets - Flame Shock>Lava Burst>Chain Lightning x1 followed by Earthquake (twice if Echo of the Elements specced)>Earth Shock 17+ Stacks>Searing Totem>Chain Lightning

Why have you chosen to gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.

Multistrike is the best secondary stat for an Elemental Shaman due to the passive abillity Elemental Overload. It increases our multistrike damage by 35% (going to be nerfed to 20% :( ), our passive multistrike chance by 20%, and increases the multistrike we get from the multistrike stat by 5%. In addition, Multistrikes of Lightning bolt, chain lightning, lava burst, and elemental blast generate a stack of lightning shield on their own, making multistrike an integral part of the elemental shaman.

Provide a relevant Warcraft Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc. Ofc with a new tier it's harder to get accurate logs but do use Normal / Hc to your advantage.

I explained Crabby about my issue with Logs atm but i will try my best to get them asap. I understand it drastically reduces my chances of being accepted.

ExtraCD to track trinket, ring and enchant procs. Elementarist to track Flame Shock duration (used to use this addon to practice rotation and watching Lightning shield stacks when i was new to Shaman, now only using it as a Flame Shock Tracker). Angry Assignments. Exorsus Raid tools (was used for Kromog). RClootcouncil. Skada, I use Skada for refrence mainly to compare different talents on the same farm bosses like Gruul. I am hardly a dps whore :)

I do, although i was pretty sure i saw somewhere that you require Ventrilo, if that's the case i will download it asap.

English is not my native language but i think i have pretty decent control over it, i am better at typing english than speaking it but i manage. Don't think it will be an issue.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?

Seeing my current guild's imminent doom, i rushed on looking for a new guild that would fit my needs. (Found you when you were 8/10, and i consider myself 8/10 :P). Also, been a long time since i wanted to go horde!

Players you know / How did you find us?

I don't know any members atm. I actually found Cerebral browing through Wowprogress searching for possible applicants for my own guild, trying to save it. Came across Crabby, and noticed this guild would fit me perfectly.

Alts and Level (if any and which guilds they're in):

I currently have no Alts at level 100 so i don't think an armory link would be worth mentioning. However if the guild has need for a Monk, Paladin or a Rogue, i will see what i can do about a transfer for them aswell and level them up. Edit: I would actually prefer and want to start a fresh new alt on Kazzak rather than transferring more characters other than my Shaman.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:

I can play on all these days, that is actually the exact scheduele of my old guild, so that's convinient. Any day that is not a Friday or a Saturday at any evening time will fit me, including Tuesdays.

(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

Previous online gaming experience (if any):

Not much. I played Diablo before i joined WoW 3.5 years ago, that's about it.

Anything else you'd like to include about yourself:

If i am accepted and given the chance to raid with you, i would like to start a challenge mode team and try going for realm best timers if there are any experienced players. Atm i have 7/8 realm best timers on Outland but, well, Outland timers are pretty shit as is (Don't wanna lose my Spiritwalker title for good <3). Also on a different note, i enjoy playing Enhancement and if possible i would like to play around with it on farm bosses ^_^

Hi there, let me start off by saying good luck with your app =)

I would like to know which boss you considered your "8th" on mythic and if you have had any practise on Furnace and Blackhand? (being lazy here and not checking logs)

Also, your opinion for being sat out on progress bosses as a trial? We obviously try take the best players/setup to a boss regardless of rank but more often than not a trial will be asked to sit on progress due to being new/needing gear etc. We do try swap out a few people for the second kills and for the rest thereafter (so everyone gets a go) but we try not to do a drastic change in setup as we are obviously still new to Furnace & Blackhand. Basically a trial needs to understand that we don't have a lot of time to do a seriously difficult boss and this may result in them being benched for said boss during our progress on it and possibly the 2nd kill, is this something you won't QQ about?

Heya, 1st of all thanks for reading my app :)

About the "8th" boss, i meant Maidens, and i didn't mean i actually killed it but was reffering to the question which bosses have i experienced etc. While i don't have the achievement for it, i know the fight inside out including all 3 boats.

I just want to point out that as an ele shaman, i am used to being benched in favor of hunters or other casters that would perform better on a certain fight, regardless of rank. Can't stress out enough how much i put my guild's progression over my own and i would happily sit out if it would help the raid go smoother (especially on bosses like M Furnace where i have no experience on at this point).
