Garrison info: Tailoring/Engineering small buildings, Trading post & Barracks. When i get my level 3 garrison (currently 1800 resources) i will be getting the war mill and tavern.

What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance?

[Draenic Intellect Potion] & [Draenic Intellect Flask], not sure about food just yet but if there is 300 food (or the equivalent for WoD) i will happily buy it

Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)

I love min/maxing and staying ontop of class changes so i should always be towards the top in terms of dps, ive also have been raiding for quite a long time so i am very comfortable with receiving advise and adapting to boss mechanics fast.

Previous Guilds: During the first 2 tiers of MoP i was trying to get into a good guild that progresses fast but as you know you have to start somewhere and work your way up. It's not necessarily guild hopping, i just wanted to be a good guild that cleared heroic content and yours seems like a good fit. When 5.4 rolled around i got into Vanguard and raided with them until 11/14 hc however i quit the game after this point because raiding with them was no longer fun for me and had really burnt me out on the game.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played?

Because i didn't want to main my Resto Shaman for another expac i rerolled Warlock with the free level 90 boost, i played for a while in the end of MoP trying to prepare my warlock for WoD and ever since the release of WoD i have been playing it everyday. Current play time 8 days 21 hours.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in the past, Pre-Patch MoP, After 6.0 etc? HC / Mythic

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata, MoP) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.

I raided and completed heroic firelands & DS while it was current content on my rogue. In MoP i started playing at the beginning of 5.2, i raided ToT to 11/13 heroic before the launch of SoO however this was mainly due to the fact that i was starting on a new account and had to work my way up from nothing during this tier. In SoO i joined vanguard and raided untill Seige master heroic before quitting the game (note that this was only due to how much i hated the people and horrible atmosphere in that guild)

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning

To turn up to every single raid and put the guild's progression ahead of my iLev & Ego (gear distribution), i also feel that i should try to make everyone elses experience better Smile

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority? Still fiddling around my full rotation since the class is still being balanced.

CASTER PRIORITY:

Corruption if <5s> Dark Soul ( + potion?) -> Demon Bolt x 4 -> Touch of Chaos/Soulfire(molten core) with left over fury

Note that this my general rotation for Glyph of Dark Soul & Demon Bolt.

Why have you chosen to gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.

Since my gear is pre raid atm it is not all enchanted and and gemed however there are pretty basic outlines of what you should have on MMO Champion & icy veins. Mastery is always gonna be awesome for Demo so i stacks as much of that as possible, the rest of the stat priority changes as your gear gets higher. This is the basic priority:

Intellect
Mastery
Haste
Multistrike = Crit
Versatility

However since gear is low iLev atm i am putting crit before haste since it provides a bigger dps increase (increasing soul fire damage alot & imps from doom)

Provide a relevant Warcraft Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc. Ofc with a new tier it's harder to get accurate logs but do use Normal / Hc to your advantage.

Since im still working on getting my dps as close as possible to my Simed dps and because there isn't any raids out/boss encounters that last longer than 1.5 mins i can't really provide you with meaningful logs. if you really want them however i can run some tests on a training dummy or something like that.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

I have Collage but i get my work done before raid time so it is all good, i will make myself available every raid day.

Um not really apart from just saying that i love being in guilds that are sociable and can have banter ect, my last guilds over seriousness really stopped it being fun for me. not to say that i don't take raiding seriously tho Very Happy

Before applying be sure your willing to work hard on your character at level 100 and try to better it outside of raids by spamming heroics, farming mats for crafted gear that will improve your raid performance, and having it all gemmed and enchanted properly.

I have been spamming heroics & profession mats since the release of warlords and should be be 636 ilev by Week 1 of hire maul.

Oh sorry i miss typed. I meant to say that raiding was no longer fun for me at that point because of the raiding environment.

just want to point ot here that ur stat priority is mastery > multistrike > haste > crit

Could you explain why? It seems apparent that the stat priority that I suggested is correct according to Sparkuggz' and Blatty's armoury, the thread on mmo champion also suggests that with pre raid gear crit is the best stat after mastery. I haven't seen anything saying multistrike would be better than crit.
