Hello my name is Thomas and I'm 27 year old Danish. I have no occupation due to personal issues in real life. My main hobby is playing Computer games which has taken the better part of my life. I also play other games randing from RPGs to FPS'.
In the past I've played Counterstrike & WoW wotlk, Rift on a competetive level.

Some basic information about your character. How long do you play it? Why you have chosen this class?

I started playing WoW shortly before the release of TBC. Zilica my mage, was the first character i created and raided with till they end of Wotlk.
Diku my warrior was originaly my alt made for pvp only, however in Mist of Pandaria that changed i felt like trying something new and therefor my Warrior became my Main char.
There are no issues when it comes to the availability of gold, herbs, gems and enchants.

Previous Guilds

Pixels, Tarren Mill
I joined this guild shortly before the release of WotLK just as it formed, as it had a heavy focus on end-game raiding. The server it was on had a severe lack of applicants, and along with the dissapointment of start-content the guild started falling apart shortly before the release of Ulduar. After a merge with the other top alliance guild of the server we managed to down some of the hardmodes Ulduar had to offer but unfortunately the success wasn't long-lived. The guild started dieing out, people started jumping the boat; When raiding came to a fullstop I decided to look elsewhere to fulfill my need for top-end raiding.

Midnight Reveries – Al'Akir
I stayed with MR roughly 10 months but grew tired of people's lack of experience, performance and dedication so once again I left in search of greener pastures.

The Dark Embrace
Which was definetly a wrong choice for me. When I joined, the guild was top 20 eu, but after being here less then 1 week i simply had enough. My reason for leaving was that the guild raided 6 days aweek 8+ hours aday with a roster of 28 players, 18 of them being complete retards in all sense of the word. After spending 8 hours a day for an entire week wiping on phase 1 of Hardmode Mimiron because of the exact same people making the exact same mistakes and seeing no consequence to their actions, I simply burned out.
So a fast call to blizzard saying i regret my transfer and back to tarren mill my trip it went.

Tarren Mill
I took a different, more casual approach to the game and enjoyed a few months of quiet, mainly pvping and taking some time playing on alts. Seeing however that my dream of playing alongside dedicated, skilled and smart individuals in high-end raid environment had me look for options as Horde.

Sunday Union
Was full of great and awesome people and I really enjoyed my 3 month of semi hardcore raiding though once ICC was released, once again I found myself in a nearly dead guild due to lack of players which resulted in the guild raiding only 1-2 days a week. Seeing as once again my hunger for raiding wasn't fulfilled I transfered over to Grim Batol.

The Legacy - Mazrigos
Was my greatest achievement working together getting world 3rd EU Wrath of the Lich King 25man HC. That being said we wiped on 1% and the day after were i didnt attend guild killed it and i decided i was burned out after playing 12hours a day 7 days a week.

SPARKS - Kazzak
Played with SPARKS for a couple of month all good memmories took a 2 month break before WoD release, however when i returned i found out i no longer had a spot as a raider. So

What is your raiding experience? Vanilla, TBC, WotLK.

Vanilla
Even though I've been through the content, I've done so at level 70 seeing as I never actually played throughout Vanilla.

TBC
TBC was when I started playing and raiding. This quickly made me realise how much i had actually missed out on in those years of vanilla. I joined a few casual guilds to start with to get the feeling of raiding. I ended up in a guild called The Herbal Tribe (Tarren Mill) with which i cleared SSC, TK, MH, BT and 5/6 Sunwell. The guild disbanded shortly before the nerf-bat hit the Sunwell. I managed to kill Kil'Jaeden with Pixels shortly after the nerf.

WoTLK
Cleared everything on HC 25man prenerfs.

CATA
Still on break.

Pandaria
Cleared everything 14/14 HC

What can you offer to Cerebral as a member?

A friendly, good-humored, mature, skilled and very dedicated raider.
I spend around an hour every day theorycrafting to squeeze the most out of my character.
I know every detail of the mage class, including speccs and rotations for odd hardmode fights. I live to compete, and i do everything i can to be the best i can be. Be it when it comes to DPSing, controling adds, keeping buffs up, keeping debuffs up when specced for it or any other duty that I am assigned to.
I always play to the top of my ability, I never slack, I always -safely- race on the meters, I dont steal aggro, I'm never late, I don't randomly afk, I always come prepared. I always do my reading on tactics and theorycrafting. I take time out of my day to have consumables stacked in the hundreds so as to never run out. I bring my A-class every day 7 days a week, and i finally want to join a group of like-minded individuals and hopefully experience another great amount of hours raiding.

What are your playing times each day?

Usually 10:00 - 00:00/05:00 My playtime varies on what is actually going on in-game and / or how tired I am. If something interesting is going on I obviously stay on.

Communication? You able to speak up?

as for fire's reply on your post why didnt you use our template, for your template is lacking alot of important factors that has a huge impact on you getting accepted or declined, such as your log.

Honestly i looked through a few applications on the forum and for a template and must have missed it though..
But looking and ur template its abit out dated.

Proffessions doesnt rly matter anymore.
Flasks/elixir aint that big of a wide choice anymore since vanilla/early tbc change. Obviously ill use flask str

English is fluently and aint afraid to speak up.

Addons i'll use what ever i feel is needed Bigwiggs/deadlybossmods varies abit from expansion which one is best imo.
Weakaura2 if guild use it.

And no my alts isn't in any guilds at this time. If they are its usualy just for being social with irl friends.

Only one i know a tiny bit is Bulwar. Spoken quite abit with him the last few days and from what i hear Cerebral sounds like a perfect place for me.
If there is anything u feel im missing pull me in to an interview on voice communication and get a feel of what person i am.

Very short and shitty combatlog. tried queueing for LFR. Queue was endless so figured hey by now flex must be one shotting everything. I was so wrong Sad

After wiping on almost every boss and people leaving group after sha' of pride wipe i just stopped combatlog and left aswell... hope it will give some input of what u need..

Hi there, nice to see you did something with the tips I gave you ingame!. Only thing you could still change is getting a little bit more mastery instead of crit, because of Bloodthirst only giving a flat 30% crit bonus. 45% should be ideal, but its not a big deal since the release of WoD is so nearby;)

Nah i already tried looking through spark logs.. they all apperently expire after a month Neutral

Btw Bulwar i already replaced 10% crit with 10% mastery. I guess i could replace like 5% more Razz

Edit: Thanks Crabby i found out Warcraftlogs actully saves logs longer then worldoflogs. So here is a few from when i played. Would like to point out i never had hc wf weapons so abit lower on deeps :b

so got friends in SPARKS and they told me they accepted u with ilvl 540 and u got alot of loot from them but as soon as they give other ppl a few items which is fair to do in a guild as u got 10 items from them you emo quit and dint log for 1,2 months and then u came back asking to be a raider again they said no then u applied to us and IMO i dont like that kinda player we've geared several players up ourselfs in the past then suddenly they quit and I am just saying the info i've been given off several SPARKS members but feel free to give your side of it if u like.

That is completly untrue. it is true there was some loot drama.. but we're talking 2 items.

There was loot drama over 2 dps trinket which guild leader Lifire got over main dps. Because the loot council didn't know what they were doing.. Every time i spoke to Guild leader after raid he would say its out of my hands if loot council gives me loot as a tank over a dps. A few min later lifire then gave me the loot.. Anyway Lifire got really mad that i said i wanted a break before expansion was released and he told me if i went inactive he couldn't promise i would have a spot when i returned which i accepted. When i came back i found out he had gotten really mad that i had complained about loot and then gone inactive.
I even said i would go semi inactie and attend PTR raids 2 stay up2date on upcomming encounters but that wasnt good enough.

I joined Sparks with around ilvl 555. And i had every intention of returning to sparks. And the story about me just going afk all of a sudden is bull shit. Cus for starters i have guild leader on Btag and not once did he write me despite im online everyday. He already knew i wanted the break i spoke of.

Anyway doesn't matter im 1 guy against an entire guild.

So a GM got an item ( wrongly if hes tank ur dps so i agree with u mentioning it) BUT You get the item FRom him and then pretty much the same time ~( just after w/e) u quit and say u need a break ?

Also at the time Sparks was fixing its roster trying to figure out who they wanted / needed for WoD and u bailed Way before they had there entire guild geared ready for WoD??

in other words ( as i seen u had plenty of "breaks" in the past) You decided i need a little more gear then IM gonna quit till wod as i bored and dont care for helping my guild out?

Soryy but i Expe3ct my players to be on and Raid if we are still raiding as a guild not take 2,3,4 months break and then wanna come back and expect to not have been replaced. Not gonna happen here im affraid sorry but expect more from my players Especially melee that have to try harder( pop at u melee just cause i can lol)

GL finding a more casual raiding gp.

And for future reference tTry to follow the templates most guilds put up out dated or not . may be outdated by a few months due to xpac but it still asks for all relevent info we need and u failed to add without being prompted
