Professions and Skill Level, please also explain why you raid with these main professions. (Please include Secondary, e.g cooking) : enchanting and leatherworking, and secondary are all cooking fishing archeology and first aid, enchanting because i get good bonuses like enchant finger and ext getting easy gold and leatherworking for making leather and mail gear for guildies and to sell and i get some bonus encahnts as well

What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance? :
i use intellect flask or spirit flask depending on the boss fight and i use mana or int elixirs depending on were i am in the fight and what is more needed to kepp the raid up and i use either haste or mastery food to boost my healing

Desribe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects) :
make it alot easier for the healers and dpsers if im around i like helping ppl with boosts and like getting hard core in raids

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Cataclysm? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic
i have exp 13/13 on 10 man and 11/13 on 25 man and in firelands knw tactics and exp for 2 bosses

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.
i use to play us servers so i had exp on all raids in vanillah tbc and wotlk except naxx 40 man i had 1 or 2 bosses then i had some problems so i didnt paly for tht time

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isnt really worth mentioning :
to be on time for raids and be ready as told in calander invs , have food flasks ext all ready

How would you feel if you were asked to respec by the guild or by your class leader to either help guild or improve your dps/healing/tanking?
We dont mean we will ask a healer to go DPS, we mean if if we think your points could be spent better. :
sure cuz i have exp for all 3 specs as a shman and good gear for all 3 specs as said 369 elemental, 366 enhancment and 365 resto

What is your Spell Rotation ?
earth shield, riptide, then use the most usefull healing spell needed for that moment

(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week, from 20.00 - 11.30 server time or later) Raid days are Sun-Thur Fri - SAt are Optional which we try to do 10 mans.

Before applying be sure your willing to work hard on your character at level 85 and try to better it outside of raids by spamming heroics, farming mats for crafted gear that will improve your raid performance, and having it all gemmed and enchanted properly inc Helm and Shoulder Exalted rep Enchants.

All of the above will be monitored during your trial period so be willing to try hard.

seems to be missing a lot of the actual app inc dps reports and UI screen shoots and thats just from a quick scan.

if your applieing as Resto then we still need ui in raid screen shot.Plus u dont have any macros or u missed that of to?

im appllying as resto im out of my coutry atm so using a laptop and it wont take scrnshots....and the macro's i didnt see tht one for resto i use simple marco's like /target (name main tank) /cast heals and same for offtanks scince im usually raid healing so must have quick tanking focus and for ele and enh have more complicated marcos to push my dps...6 years exp as a resto shaman

I would like to see a screen shot of your Ui.

What sort of unit frames do you use to see the whole raid?

Do you use mouse over macros to heal? Clique? or... Healbot...

When is the best time to drop Mana Tide Totem and Spirit Link Totem in a fight in Firelands? ( Give an example of a fight, E.g: Lord Rhyolith )

I'm right in thinking the Haste Cap for which you need to reach is about 936 ( I Think ). And then after you get the Haste Cap you stack Mastery. You have double the Haste required. And hardly any Mastery.

Your chest and gloves are for Elemental. I'd get farming some Random Heroics to get as much Justice Points as you can so you can get Resto chest and gloves.

You claim you have done 13/13 on 10 man and 11/13 on 25 man. Now i cant check to see if you had done ''13/13'' on 10 or 25; but i know for a fact that you have only done 8/13, not the mystical 13/13 you exclaimed.

Regem all of your Reckless gems into Artful ones. That should help your Haste:Mastery out a bit.

Reforging spirit off your cloak, you could of done that in the last patch, but now its firelands: Bosses last longer, Bosses hit harder, Raid takes more damage, you have to heal more which leads towards your mana going to diminish quickly.

Also change your Glyph of Earth Shield into Mana Shield.

So to recap on what you need to do for me: Screen shots > Method of Healing > When to use Major CDs > Reforge Haste > Get more Mastery > Farm Heroics for Resto chest and gloves > Tell me what char you think you did 13/13 on > Regem Reckless to Artful > Change Spec and Glyph. And that should be it.
