Previous Guilds: Wingin-It (Outland)

Reason for Leaving: I feel we are not working as a team like we did when I first joined the guild, people are getting more and more frustrated at the things that are insignificant to the raid, frustration means less focus and that's what my guild is doing a lot. I feel like the game isn't as enjoyable in this guild as it once was.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played? 66 days, I have been playing since Vanilla. When I quit WoW in early WotLK I gave my friend my old account with my Alliance Rogue which had an embarrassing amount of days played.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Cataclysm? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic.
Instances below are all 10 man.
BWD: 4/6 Normal
BoT: 2/4 Normal
FL: 6/7 HC
DS: 7/8 HC

The reason why I don't have much experience with the early raids including FL is because as soon as I went into BWD & BoT I decided that Cataclysm wasn't for me and decided to quit. I came back to playing WoW with a few friends about 4 months now and I am enjoying it.

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.
Naxx 25 - Clear
OS25 - Clear
Maly - Clear
ICC25 - 11/12
ToC - Clear

This is the experience on this character, on the other rogue I have more experience in the older raids.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid?
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isnt really worth mentioning.
Being a team player, bringing a focus attitude, knowing the fights before-hand and bringing the deeps!

What is your Spell Rotation?
Pre-pot>SS>S&D>SSx4>KS>RVS>Evis

That's usually what I start with and carry on from there.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular? My friend Deztro/Oomkins is in the guild and my old friend DEFY used to be in this guild back in the day who is also applying. They have both said that this is a good guild so I thought I would pop an app in.

Players you know / How did you come across us? Deztro/Oomkins is the only person I know who is currently in the guild. We played CSS, HoN & a lot of other random games.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance prefered.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-2330 server time we do occasionaly stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

I'm able to raid pretty much everyday.

Previous online gaming experience (if any): HoN, 1.3-1.6 CS, CSS, DotA, SSF4:AE. Probably could list a dozen more but feel there's no need.
