Please explain the strengths and weaknesses of your spec: -Strengths - Great tank and offtank healers (through beacon), extremely good AoE healer (Holy Radiance + Light of Dawn) when raid is stacked up. Weakness- not the most mobile healer but its not a huge problem. On the whole I find the class to be pretty well rounded healer

What are your positive and negative aspects as a raider? Raiding can be one of the most rewarding and most frustrating experience. There is nothing more exciting downing a new boss for the first time, the excitement after nights of wiping can be unparalelled. The downside is that progression requires wiping, wiping is frustrating expectially when the same mistakes is repeated over and over but I found out that there is no progress without wiping, and the high you get after the boss is down is worth all those stressful and frustrating hours of wiping.

What are the positive and negative attributes of you as a person? I am a positive and honest person, and I alway look for a positives in every experience I have in the game and in life. Negative is that even though I am nice and forgiving person when it comes to others I am very strict with myself, I always strive to be the best in what I do and sometimes I find out that its stresses me out as a person.

What’s your current progress in Cata, and what is your view on the current content? DS 5/8 Heroic ,FL 7/7 Heroic,BWD 6/6 HM, Bastion of Twilight 5/5 HM, Thron 2/2 HM. I am fairly a new raider, I started playing Cata and unfortunately I never raided in Wotlk, TBC or Vanila so I can make a comparison to old content. Having said that, I find the current content to be fairly challenging in heroic mode, while in normal mode some bosses range from trivial to fairly interesting.

Your History what are your past PvE experiences, also can you give us a brief rundown of your past guilds. I started playing WOW in Cata and unfortunately I do not have experience in old content. I have done old content in Cata but this is definitely not the same as clearing the content when it was supposed to be cleared. My first raiding guild was Mutiny where I raided up to Firelands normal

Have you taken any extended breaks from WoW before? Nope I have not

Have you been in a position of responsibility in a guild before (i.e. an officer rank or something similar)? In consequence for a brief 2 month period I was a healing officer until the old healing officer Ragàs came back and took over as healing leader (you can speak to Ragàs, for reference about my performance both as officer and a healer

Motivations what are you primary reasons for wanting to PvE? I enjoy the strategy of approaching a new fight, the coordination of 25 people, and the "high" and the personal sense of achievement after a new boss is down.

What made you apply to Cerebral? I am currently looking for a new home.Where i can find new friends,Where we can progress more.

Are you active outside of raids? I am very active in guild life.I play some pvp with friends and doing some dungeons / farming prof.

What are your thoughts on the following: 10 vs 25 man Raiding. How do you feel about the current raid difficulty? I am going to address heroic raiding. There is no straight forward answer to that question, I have mostly done 25-man raiding but through personal research and talking to some of my friends who have done 10-man heroic raiding - I can say that difficulty varies per boss. While some bosses are much more difficult on 10-man (heroic) - Magmaw comes to mind, some other especially those requiring raid spreading can be much more challenging on 25-man (omnitron).If I am to generalize I find that overall the majority of bosses are harder in 25-man and I find 25-man raiding more epic - the time it takes to organize 25 people, to make them execute a strate

Why should we give you a trial, what can you offers us and what do you expect from us? I am a good and patient player, I strive always to give 100% when I raid and I always try to improve myself as raider. On a personal level, I think I am a nice person who loves wow, loves to make new friends, have a good time and joke. What I expect from Cerebral first of all take a chance on me, second provide a positive raiding environment and third be a place where I can login and feel part of a community.

Alt/Off spec
Next to your main spec do you use an off spec for raiding? If so could you tell us a bit more about you’re playing it/how geared you are. -I was until recently the only paladin healer at Kamikazi, and I was never required to play as anything rather than holy, I do have a retri spec, however my gear is not the best. However if required by the guild I would gladly build a retri set.

Next to your main character are you using any alts and if so who are they? Mage Ajnstajn level 85, gear level 390+; Ameritas rogue level 85 gear level 380+; Bobby boomking (alliance) level 85, gear level 380+ . I usually play my alts when I do not raid.

Do you have a microphone & Ventrilo installed: Yes i do have both

What add-ons do you use? -I use DBM, oRA3 (it was very useful when I was healing raid leader). These are the addons I use, however I use keybinds a lot.

PlayStyle

First I would like to say that I try to use my Divine Favor every time it is off CD, with the 2-set tier 13 bonus it is a must use CD. Divine Plea I use after I lose 20-30% of my mana, and I combine that with Avenging Wrath to offset some Healing loss due to Divine Plea. Having said that I try not to use it if there is heavy damage incoming on the raid or/and tanks.

CDs used on Morchok HM - I try to use Divine Protection every time it is off CD and Morchok or his brother stomps. I generally try to save most of my CDs after the boss loses 20% and damage gets crazy. I will use my Hand of Sac, after stomp (Boss less 20% health), and I will use bubble to offset the damage. Usually we had tank rotation set in advance by our raid leader. I will use Aura Mastery, usually on first Resonating Crystal so that I can have it up for last 20% of boss when healing is more intensive and the raid has to take a crystal. I will use my Guardian of the Ancient Kings if raid and tank were taking severe damage in the last 20% phase, but I have to be honest there was not a need, for me to use the guardian then.

Hagara HM - we would have a very strict rotation on tank saving CDs with me usually last as my Hand of Sac had to be used with 5-mn bubble so realistically could be used once. So I was the back up guy if people who were ahead of me in the order were tombed, or on CD. We communicated that on vent. I would use Guardian of the Ancient Kings first time we entered dome in the frost phase (healers and ranged entered the dome and dps the pillars from inside without moving). I will use AM in the lightning phase to help with damage reduction.

Yor HM - I will use AM if we had the following combo up - black, red, yellow. In that healing heavy combination, I will proactively also use Guardian of the Ancient Kings, if I saw that my usual HR+LoD rotation was not sufficient enough. In purple active phase if called by a tank or a tank healer (we are using mastery heavy shamans to heal tanks in purple phase) I would use Hand of Sac.

Zon'Ozz HM - I would actively use AM in Black Phase to offset some of the shadow damage. Hand of Sac I would use when the damage on the tank was too heavy at 7+stacks - however I must say again that our healing leader had a set of tank cd rotation which usually went like that - Pain Sup, Holy Priest Angel Wings (we had two Holy Priests) and Holy Paladin. Therefore I was given licence most of the time to use it at my discretion - and several times I used it in black phase on the tank when the tank was tanking the boss and one claw and he dipped too low on health. Also I heavily used glyphed Divine Protection in black phase to offset some of the damage done on myself.

I would use Guardian of the ancient kings in our black phase but usually I saved that for when we entered 2nd black phase. Which rarely happened.

I hope this answers your question about how I approach my cds. I'd like to point out that we were still working on last two bosses I described so I would welcome any feedback what I can improve. Thanks, Ataraxeia

Everything looks good here, Personally i would have removed a point from Protector of the Innocent and placed it into Blessed Life. But nothing major.

hey sorry i aint replied, hungover, and i have a feeling my liver wants to kill me, your spec, glyphs, gear, only enchant i would change is put the 50int on bracers and remove the haste. looks very good.
also macro together divine plea & belf racial for max mana etc
