A competitive attitude. I strive to be the best of my class and role, more specifically, the best in raid (this extends far beyond WoW) From my prospective, if somebody can do something at a higher standard than yourself, the only way forward is to become better than them.

Being able to push myself to the limit brings my interest in theorycraft, understanding the ins and outs of my character, allowing me to improve on any aspects which I need to.

Punctuality and attendance is a big concern of mine, making people wait about for yourself, only pisses people off, and put the whole raid in a bad starting point, therefore I push to make sure this is at the top of my priorities. If I’m unable to raid, for whatever reason, I make it a point to inform someone of importance before, allowing for them to adapt to the situation.

It’s important that new content and tactics are revised thoroughly, going into new encounters with the most understanding is key. With being of position in my previous guild, this was a necessity for any sort of progression. This also brings a natural ability to adapt, and provide other solutions to problems which may occur. I like to have good input into raiding to maximise potential.

Needed a new change of pace.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played ?

Began playing in BC, though never raided until late 4.0

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Cataclysm? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic

I only started playing WoW as a raider towards the end of 4.0. Therefore progression within BwD/BoT/TotFW isn’t very extensive.

At the beginning of Firelands, I decided to break off from a more social 25man guild to form Tea and Biscuits, where I wanted to push more heroic farm rather sat about wiping on shannox normal.

It was from here when we progressed within firelands to 6/7HC Pre Nerf. Due to raid setup drawbacks, we were unable to push for a kill on ragnaros heroic.

Dragon soul progression has been, “efficient” so far, with 5/8 HC pre nerfs, though there seems to be a wall which we have hit with Warmaster Heroic due to a poor Range:Melee ratio.

These raids have all be 10man heroic modes.

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.

As mentioned, Cataclysm is the first expansion which I have raided properly, therefore I have little experience pre 4.0.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid?

Turn up with the right attitude, switched on, able to go from the first trash pull. I’m reliable and rarely have to take time out mid raid, therefore able to maintain a smooth raiding pattern.

I know all current content tactics, abilities, and most class playing styles. I’m able to pick up on my mistakes, learn from them as well as where other people may be going wrong.

What is your Spell Rotation ?

Ermm, I wouldn’t really say I have a specific rotation. A priority system on the other hand

HM > KS > ES > BA > SrS > AS > CS /dance

Depending on the fight, I would prioritise MS > ES

Serenity is a neat hunter addon, though I rarely actually use it.
Fortexorsist – When LnL was how it should be, I used FX as a dot tracker to manage LnL procs.

Yes

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance prefered.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-2330 server time we do occasionaly stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

As long as I know when I'm needed, I can make time.

Previous online gaming experience (if any):

Used to be a very competitive CS:S player, attending LANs across the UK. Probably one of the reasons for my competitive nature.

21 Year old Uni student within the UK. Need I say more?

Before applying be sure your willing to work hard on your character at level 85 and try to better it outside of raids by spamming heroics, farming mats for crafted gear that will improve your raid performance, and having it all gemmed and enchanted properly inc Helm and Shoulder Exalted rep Enchants.

All of the above will be monitored during your trial period so be willing to try hard.
