Garrison info: As alliance , all my buildings are lvl 3 only 1 which is trading good , having 25/25 following 7 of them are 645+ , and other epics followers ilvl between 600 to 640 working in getting them all 645, building barrack (lvl3), bunker lvl 3 , Enchanter lvl3 ( to enchant my gear ). Lunnfull inn lvl 3 . Salvage Yard Level 3,The Tannery Level 3

What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance?
Food buff : Calamari Crepes and in raid Savage Feast.
Elixirs / Flasks :Greater Draenic Agility Flask and Draenic Agility Potion.

Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)
Well learning and watching movies of fightes before raid make me ready to understand the fight , being ready for every thing , listening to advices, and most important being loyal to the guild and making friends .

Previous Guilds:
My main char before was Shadow priest , and the below experiance is my prevouis guild until MOP, then reroll to monk Vanilla / Burning Cursade = Endlessnight was an officer there , left coz the guild master decided to quit coz of his university exams
WOLK= Guild of honor , was an officer there , but it was kinda a casual guild , so decided to goo a more raiding guild , Amplified = Guild disbanded after every one decided to take a break in the summer
CAta = we rebuild endless night , got some of the old ppl back , but after we kill a little bosses , every one decided to goo to a bigger guild , so the guild disbanded .
The aunans = we did fine , was helping the officer to recurit , and the guild stayed alive until panderia
MOP = the aunans decided to reroll to monk , after we where slacking alot of playing they decided to go casual , so applied to another guild which is CR , stayed there until SOO , then the GM decided to merge with Final evolution which i am there .

Reason for Leaving:
well the main reason , is due they cant balance the classes in the guild , like an example the roster at the moment is 36 and before WOD hit , their plan was to do 2 mythic groups , but at the moment , they are doing one , and they cant take every one , also the raidleader is just taking his friends , i know the raid leader for mroe than 3 years , but he has changed when we merge with FE . it just i am not feeling wanted in the guild after all these years

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata, MoP) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.

All my Raid experiance in the past as mention below was in my shadow priest , and it was amazing , coz we where racing for the ranking in the past , but after mid of CAta , every thing fall apart , and ppl wend to a different guilds etc .

Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
Well being top of my game , try to admit if i did a mistake , always be ready for any request that the raid leader will ask to doo , also trying not to wipe the raid .

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority?
as my build at the moment .as i dont have enough vertibility
1.Use Jab, your default Chi builder
2.Maintain 100% uptime on Tiger Power
3.Using Rising Sun kick when ever is not in cooldown and maintaing it 100 % up
4.Use Fists of Fury on cooldown.
5.Use Chi Wave on cooldown.
6.Use Blackout Kick.
7. Use Chi Brew when i have 2 stack ready
8.ofcourse Tigereye Brew when its 10 stack
9.Touch of Death should be used always when its ready to be used for low adds or even boss, it help to boost the dps alot and help killing the boss .
10. If i am using Chi explosion to use it when i have 4 chi , better AOE Dps , which i will need it when the new patch hit

Why have you chosen to gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
Well , as WOD hit , and the changes happen , monk main stat is Multistrick , Critical , Versiti, Haste , Mastery for highmual , so enchat and Gem which i should use are Multi strick , for weapon i know i should have Mark of the Frostwolf , but at the moment i didnt have heroic Weapon they are enchanted with Mark of shattard hand .

Provide a relevant Warcraft Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc. Ofc with a new tier it's harder to get accurate logs but do use Normal / Hc to your advantage.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
Well i am looking for a guild that i will enjoy raiding with , and be part of their sucess , also my relative Meccero talks alot about you guys and how the atmospher there is sound promissing

(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.
i can play every day after i finish work which is server time from 17:00 until midnight

Heyhey!

Just going over your logs:
Tectus you're extremely low, wondering sup there? You're using Chi explosion but the dmg out put is v.low.

Butcher as a single target pewpew fight you should be alot higher than that as well, I think you might me using Serenity incorrectly or something but you're quite far behind where you should be. Also you're not using Touch of Karma should really consider using it.
Have a look over this log for an example (Note it's HC but still: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/yDQaxWBT1pXYVACF#fight=6)

Brackenspore you weren't using the right spec, Chi explosion there is way way better you should be topping dps there (and in tectus).

Twins again you're extremely low on dps, esp compared to your other monk "Lee", as he is topping it's where you should be as well. since you can SEF and Chi explosion. Spec wise i'd not use Chi Brew ever, it's not worth it this low gear wise since we've not alot of haste. Should be going ascension 24/7 imo. Also healing elixir's is a pvp talent, Dampen Harm or Diffuse Magic is way way better in Highmaul.

its nearly all the fights imho, Like if you're wanting to play a class etc (especially one that's very strong this tier) you'd want to be keeping up with research and theory crafting. I guess what i'm saying is, that if you're applying to a raiding guild you should really already know all these basic things instead of learning them on the go.
