Previous Guilds: Slap and Chemical Guild

Reason for Leaving: I left Chemical because of personal reasons. One of the members had a girlfriend who played priest as well, and officers didn't know how to solve her and my attendance in raids. And i think its a common problem in guilds Smile

When did you start this character and how long have you /played ?
136 days, 49 at 85 lvl.
I started this character in wotlk, my first main was mage.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Cataclysm? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic

Atm im at 1/7 hc FL 10 man, i havent been raiding for some weeks so i didnt really have the chance to progress more Smile

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.

I started to raid on this char in ICC time. I did 9/12 hc 25 man with Slap.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isnt really worth mentioning

Try to stay calm and see as much as i can, its important for healer Smile

What is your Spell Rotation ? Depends on encounter of course. Different bosses require different spell priorities as healer. If im holy chakra serenity/sanctuary depending on situation, prayer of mending and renew on tank, and after correct position is much more important than any fixed rotation. Healer has to be flexible Smile

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance prefered.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-2330 server time we do occasionaly stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.
Im available on any of those days

Before applying be sure your willing to work hard on your character at level 85 and try to better it outside of raids by spamming heroics, farming mats for crafted gear that will improve your raid performance, and having it all gemmed and enchanted properly inc Helm and Shoulder Exalted rep Enchants.

First off!

Mining: replace. As a healer extra stamina is 100% waste. I'd say Tailoring is good; but at the moment it is very expensive. Other stuff like Blacksmith and Enchanting will work fine also.

( I am assuming you are Holy Main spec seeing as your Disc spec is for PvP purposes )

Gear:

Holy at the moment is weird; there are two different ways a holy priest could go. Number 1 is Mastery; improving those small heals from Echo of Light which i don't think is worth it. Number 2 Haste; Get as much Haste as possible so you will have quick heals and a lot of healing output. Tho going down the Haste path may suffer your Mana so you will have to have an efficient eye.

At the moment you are reforging what ever the secondary stat is into the other; Mastery to Haste = Haste to Mastery. Doing this will give you slow heals and still have Echo of Light healing for bugger all.

To improve your healing here is some stuff you can do:

1. Reforge Haste back on your shoulders
2. Reforge Haste back on your chest
3. Change your brace enchant to 50 Intellect
4. Change your weapon to a PvE one
5. Reforge Haste back on your Off-Hand
6. Change your Firey Quintessence to something with pure Intellect on
7. Reforge Haste back on your boots
8. Reforge Haste back on your gloves
9. Change your glove enchant to 50 haste
10. Change your boot enchant to 50 haste
11. Change ALL your Artful Ember Topaz to Reckless Ember Topaz

Your Ui:

Looking at it your char's is in the previous tier, so Im not sure if your Ui has changed.

Not sure what Healing meter that is but remove it. It drastically reduces FPS during raid.

Healing Set-up:

Not sure what healing set up you are using. I can see from your (old) ui that you use Grid. Do you use Mouse over Macros or Clique?
My guess is Clique; Looking at your ui you have some odd keybinds.

I will leave this open to see what other people think. But these are just a few things that could be solved.
