Since this was supposed to be an alt i only have 1 crafting profession but i gonna change this asap.

What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance?
Int flask and food usually – If mana is a problem i can replace it with the spirit versions.
Thats probably only a problem in a new xpac or tier though.

Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)
As raider: a very loyal raider that knows where to read up about his class and that is not afraid of either wiping on progress or staying focused on farm bosses. Neither i mind rerolling if its for the good of the group (have done that before) and the progress. I as well can take criticism or lets call it „Tips to improve“.
Social wise: im a very calm and helpful person that enjoys wow. Im online most of my freetime and always up for stuff be it current or old content.

Previous Guilds:

Vanilla WoW / Burning Crusade: Saints – Shadowsong EU (raiding as a mixed group of several guilds under the name „MCO – Molten Core Org“
Wrath / Cata / MoP: MCO (merged into a guild at the end of BC)

So put it shortly – i've been in that guild forever

Reason for Leaving:
From the original raid core im the only person left in that guild. Except some old members loging in once in a while. In Cataclysm we split into 2 raid groups. My raid team from MoP is basically down to 3 people. And seeing we already started a few times progressing all over during SoO, most of us where burnt out to much for it. We have a second raid group in the guild but hardly getting in touch with most of them. (Except a few persons – there are 2 or 3 that are kinda nice – Not saying the others aint but ye, not getting in touch with them). They are hardly online outside of their raid times.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played?
This toon has only 5d 5h – Altough my Paladin on Shadowsong was created during Cataclysm and has 54d 4h play time, which is quite lowish to my druid that has 342d 7h playtime.
On all toons together im at ~ 660d playtime.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic

Note: for the first tier i was still on casual raiding

MSV 10 man – clear normal – 3/6 HC
HoF 10 man – clear normal – 1/6 HC
ToES 10 man – clear normal

ToT 10 man – clear normal – 2 HC

SoO 10 man – clear normal – 10/14 HC
SoO 25 man – clear normal – 12/14 HC
(SoO 25 man – cleared with you, but boosts dont count)

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.

To be honest im cant really remember what tier i played on what toon. I swapped around toons quite some times to just help out with classes we needed the most. Just can say what toons i raided on:
Druid, Paladin, Warrior (Tank or Healing only since i just dont like beeing a dps)

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
First off: Learn by mistakes – Hey everyone makes them but you need to be able to learn out of them and improve. Dont be a muppet – You have to use your brain – watch out for stuff that can be avoided – keep your eyes on timers. You dont die cause no one called out for „that thing“.

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority ?
When going with the Eternal Flame talent:
You wanna keep up EF on the tank with 100% and on people that either are low on heal (for the initial heal) or on people that are about to take damage.
You want to have 3 holy power for those EF's, building them up by using holy shock on cooldown and using either HolyRadiance (if theres raid damage going on) or Divine Light on the Beacon of Light tank. If the required healing is low alltogether you can use Crusader Strike on the boss.
Seems this is currently the best way to go with altough with the EF nerf in the current beta build and the changes to tower of radiance you might not use EF in WoD anymore and go with Sacred Shield instead.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
The most common way to go as holy pala at the moment is to go into mastery for that extra shield / absorb you get on your targets. Altough depending on your raids healing setup this might be not the best idea if you running with a few disc priests imo.
You definitly want to aim for the first haste cap (3506 rating if you got spellhaste in the raid) and if possible at higher gear level (which we clearly have in 550+ ilevel gear) for the second haste cap (7170 haste rating).

Provide a relevant World of Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc.
Ill add this one as soon as i got a full healing set and im able to run LFRs / Flex on it.

Sometimes its bad, especially at very late hours when im tired. But most of the times i should be pefectly understandable. Seeing i was raidleading before and people understand what i told them.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
For one i did enjoy the athmosphere on beta and on the offday thingies and i really like your guild policy. Sadly that social part had changed very badly in my current guild. For me having fun > progress. And i like the way you threat your socials.

I only know Rizlablue from raiding on Shadowsong

Since i got my shedule for work like 2 month in advance i can usually swap around shifts so im alaways available for raids. Altough there might be 1 or 2 days a month where ill be like 1h late (thats based on a 4 day raiding shedule)

Kyuuba has my full confidence as a raider as I have raided with him in MCO on Shadowsong. When he did a boost with us, despite never trying Klaxxi before, I offered him 2k if he survived the fight, which he did ^^, so we know we can bribe him with gold. He has been in his guild since vanilla and did everything he could to keep the raiding team going after the group split from 25-2x10man groups a few years ago which would fit into this guilds character. As a raider, I remember when I was tanking in ToT and hated it on my monk, Kyuuba swapped from Druid to Prot palla and with 30ilvls lower than he should have had to tank at the time, he owned it and I got to dps again! He can play every toon which gives an understanding of WoW as a whole and has pretty much every toon. Also he loves challenge modes (especially as a tank) and has some top ranks, this will be great for all of us for making more groups for WoD CM's as they will be greatly emphasized pre-raid. Kyuuba has also been on for every beta in case we were short of players despite being social too Smile
