What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance?
Elixirs are inferior to flasks in every way. I am using Flask of Spring Blossoms (1000 agility/hr) and either 300 stat noodles from the noodle cart, or Sea Mist Rice Noodles (300 agility)

Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)
I am a mature person, open, honest and easy to get along with. I am someone who is reliable in terms of signing to raids, and letting know well in advance when I am unable to attend a raid. Keeping myself up-to-date with the community’s latest insights through sites like totemspot and MMOC as well as running simulations though SimulationCraft, I am always able to maintain my gear it properly. I come to raids prepared with regards to food, flasks and potions and during progression boss mechanics. I have years and years of experience in end-game content raiding, which (among other things) have taught me that clear feedback from players to raid leaders is essential to progress.

Previous Guilds:
Vanilla: wandering spirits@Moonglade-EU, social guild, left this guild when TBC started, because I wanted more from the game than just the occasional wipefest on the lowest raid tier
TBC – Cata (start of Dragon Soul): Hive@Shadowsong-EU. Took a 5-month break when SW:ToR came out. I returned to the game only to see my trusted guild changed from a 25-man progression guild into a 10-man casual group. I spent a few weeks doing Dragon Soul 10 man heroics as a mage (alt), then I faction/server transferred to Frostmane-EU where I joined Inept.
During HoF heroic progress, I left Inept because I did not like the elitist attitude of some of the players, some of them being officers.
I was forced to leave Clearly Boosted because the raid group was disbanded after a group of 10 people left to form their own 10 man guild.
I left Amused to Death, for a number of reasons. One of them was because the GM and I disagreed on loot distribution, which got out of hand after I got benched for Klaxxi four resets in a row, despite me telling the GM that that boss was one of the most important ones for my gear set. Another reason was that there was a small group of meter-whoring players who just enjoyed talking trash on mumble during raids, up to a point where they were being outright racist.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played?
I started this character near the end of TotC (Tier 9) and have not played any other as main (except for the few weeks as mage in Dragon Soul). Time played this level: 86 days, 13 hours, 9 minutes, 47 seconds. Total time played: 223 days, 2 hours, 29 minutes, 25 seconds.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic
I killed all of the bosses in Mists of Pandaria on heroic 25 man bar Sha of Fear, which I killed on heroic 25 man during T15.

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
As a shaman, I can provide quite a few raid utilities like stuns, tremor, interrupts, roots/slows (if only we could get the 5 second cooldown back…), as well as impressive off-healing. I have been calling Stormlashes on progress for a while now, and of course there’s the Bloodlust. Other than that I could be persuaded to help calling out important stuff on whatever VoiP you are using.

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority ?
Enhancement Shaman use a priority system, which looks like the following:
1. Keep Searing Totem up at all times (or Fire Elemental if it is available)
2. Elemental Blast (only if specced into it, but I never do anyway)
3. Unleash Elements (if specced Unleashed Fury, which I usually am)
4. 5-stack Maelstrom Weapon (i.e. instant Lightning Bolt)
5. Stormstrike
6. Lava Lash
7. Unleash Elements (regardless of spec)
8. Flame Shock when Flame Shock debuff is not present or when the Unleashed Fire buff is active
9. Earth Shock
10. Feral Spirits

Opening rotation:
1. -5 seconds: Spirit Walk (sprint)
2. -2 seconds: Feral Spirits
3. -0.5 seconds: Pre-pot + Fire Elemental + whatever DPS cooldowns I have (Elemental Mastery, Blood Fury, Engineering Gloves)
4. Unleash Weapon
5. Flame Shock
6. Stormstrike
7. Ascendance
8. Usually I have 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon, so I get instant Lightning Bolt
9. Stormblast
10. From here on, I follow the standard priority system (see above), keeping my DPS cooldowns for when trinkets and/or weapon enchants proc, or for whenever the fight mechanics require burst

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
Current consensus in the Enhancement Shaman community (verified with SimulationCraft) is that the stat priority is Hit cap (7.5%) > Exp cap (7.5%) > Mastery > Haste > Crit (with Agility as primary stat). 2 points of Mastery is better than one point of Agility, so for gemming I use Mastery in yellow or prismatic sockets, Hit/mastery in Blue and Agility/Mastery in orange socket.
The Echo of the Elements/Unleashed Fury spec depends gives significant buffs to your Lightning Shield as well as extra damage from spell duplication. Mastery increases fire/frost/nature damage, which is the primary reason it has highest priority.

Provide a relevant World of Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc.

My connection is a 100/100 mbit glass fibre from the best provider in the Netherlands (XS4ALL)
PC is a custom built rig, about 2 years old, running with an Intel i7-2600K, 3.4 Ghz dual core, 12GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 on a 27 inch screen with a 2560x1440 resolution. I use a Microsoft 3000 Ergonomic Keyboard and a Razer Naga 2014 mouse.
I short, I can run WoW, stream/Fraps and live log without significant performance loss

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
Well, I am looking for a new guild which has similar progress to my own (14/14 hc) that is looking for an Enhancement Shaman. “Be respectful of people” from the Rules and Conduct section is one bit I really liked.

Players you know / How did you come across us?
I do not know anyone in the guild. I have found you WoWProgress whilst browsing through the list of 14/14 guilds

Alts and Level (if any):
I have 8 level 90 alts, but they’re just that; alts. I use them to provide any materials and raid consumables I need. I usually get bored with an alt a week after it dings 90…

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.
The raid times that are suggested are fine. I prefer to raid three nights a week. Usually (but not every week) I can do a 4th day as well. PvP is not my thing

I’ve played WoW for the biggest part of my online gaming career. I have spent five months in a raiding guild in SW:ToR
