As a raider I come to raids prepared with knowledge of upcoming encounters, I spend a lot of time when new content is released on learning the encounters as quickly as possible. I am an active player and patient.

Reason for Leaving:
I left Perfect Circle EU due to 45+ raiders online for raids, the guild taking its older raiders as priority even if they were not so active which i found irritating.
I went to order of Sargeras, I had the same issue there. When i started with this guild, they had around 32 raiders, when i left they had around 50.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played?
I started this toon when MoP was released, I have had over 100 days playtime on this toon.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic
I have 11/14hc experience in SoO on 25man. I have not raided in 3 or 4 weeks.

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
My responsibilities are to be reliable with attendance, to come prepared to each raid with knowledge of encounters, know my role (melee) and to be pprepared with interupts/stuns etc.

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority ?
For single target and AoE it differes a lot as a WW Monk. For single target, eexpel harm for max chi before pull, pre-pot, flying serpent kick, tiger palm, rising sun kick, black out kick, jab... On some single target encounters i use chi brew to gain more chi for a quicker Tigereye brew for more damage, especially with bloodlust at the beginning.
For AoE encounters, i use Rushing Jade Wind with clones (storm earth and fire). I have found monks to be the top AoE damage dealers this tier.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
I stack agi>crit>haste>mastery with the obvious hit/exp caps. Mastery compared to last tier has been re-made and is kind of useless. Haste is only useful until a 9k softcap with my current trinkets, I would go for a bit more with the TeD trinket from blackfuse.

Provide a relevant World of Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular? I can only raid currently on thur sun and mondays due to work and theres no other guilds except my old guild on kazzak that raid these days. Until Mid January I am restricted to these days, after then I can raid anyday. Wednesdays are a bit up in the air atm due to work, I can make most Wednesdays but not all until mid January.

I am yet to meet anyone from Cerebral

on Kazzak I am levelling a mage for next exp (lvl 83atm), for WoD I will use my free lvl 90 toon for a rogue.
