What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance? Flask Of The Warm Sun and 300 int food. And ofc I bring intellekt pots for every raid.

Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)
First of all I´m always trying to improve my gameplay whenever it´s about maxing my dps or make sure that i do my job on a certain fight while not dying to random shit, lots of people might say this but doing it is actually different.
I often just look at my own character to check If everything is just right Talent/gem/gear/reforge wise etc. Also keep trying to read up on the latest guides and talk to the world best about fights / overall role and also constantly trying to get everything out of Addons like WeakAuras.
And before every boss encouter i try too gather as much information about the fight from all perspectives especially my own, everything from debuffs, diffrent tactics, setup etc.
When we are stuck on a boss I start to deeply think about the fight in total and maybe suggest officers with something.
All in all I can honestly say I want to achieve perfection till then I will always be improving.

I'm proud of myself with my commitment, as with everything I do in life. I am determined that my performance in raids, and believe that I have the ability to perform at peak level. I have time to be dedicated to a serious guild, and enjoy raiding. I have alts that I can play at a good standard and I feel I would be a great asset to a guild like Cerebral.

Previous Guilds: Trolltyg, Grumpy Old Men

Reason for Leaving:

Trolltyg-This guild is pretty good. Best Swedish 25 man guild. I enjoyed it alot here . Things got messy IRL with school and such and playing floorball on a high level takes time.So I told them that I will be taking a break and they were fine with it since we really didint lack people. This was after our Ra-den killl. I decided to deal with IRL and leave WoW behind awhile.When I came back we were full in our roster, about 39 raiders. So I had no spot left. Which I was fine with it.

Grumpy Old Men : I then decided to join Grumpy Old Men on Kazzak. A friend of me was a officer there. He known some people from Trolltyg and let me into he's guild.For now things are so messy in the guild. I know it's christmas but it's not what I was looking for in a guild. People are not signing for progress raids and people just generally have a bad attitude towards raiding. I'm looking for a guild with people having the same goal to compete with other high guilds. I miss the enviorment we had in Trolltyg ( world 100). That everyone just give all they got to succes.

I started playing my priest in early WOTLK. 105 Days.

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.
I have been raiding since the beginning of The Lich King. This lack of experience is my only downside, for me and for any guild that I look to join. I wish that I played in the Burning Crusade days, but unfortunately that is an impossible task. During my first days in end-game World of Warcraft I cleared Naxxramas and I found it surprisingly easy given my lack of experience.I also was able to gain gear for my character, quickly.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :

My role is pretty much like all ranged DPS. Do Damage to the boss. As a Shadow Priest i also have the strength to multidot wich makes me very strong at 2-5 target fights.
And obviously as a priest i get to help out healers once in a while. I got mouseover macros for Prayer of Mending, PW:S, Renew and Void Shift so i don't have to lose my target. And i like to keep my eyes open to see if/when any of this is needed.
Hymn of Hope and Halo could also be helpful (Halo if used at the right time) Im trying to match my Halo to do much damage ofc but if i know an AoE wave is inc on the raid i wait and use it then to heal them aswell. Gives great healing especialy for the melee and tank group.

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority ?

Shadow Priests like any other class does not have a spellrotation , but we are following a spell priority list.

1.Devouring Plague with 3 Shadow Orbs.
2.Mind Flay with Devouring Plague on the target.
3.Shadow Word: Death when target is below 20% health. Generates Shadow Orbs.
4.Mind Blast on cooldown. Generates Shadow Orbs.
5.Shadow Word: Pain Maintain at all times.
6.Vampiric Touch Maintain at all times.
7.Halo on cooldown.
8.Mind Flay as a filler spell.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.

I have no idea what other speccs look like, but I guess Shadow is quite complicated when it comes down to Theorycrafting and Stat-Priorities. So since the RPPM-Mechanic and the LMG hit, 2 Haste is worth more PP than 1 Int, explaining my gems and general reforging/enchanting. With the combination of LMG and Unerring Vision of Lei Shen the value of Crit drops like a rock, therefore I go Haste >>>>>>>> Mastery > Crit. (SimCraft confirms that.

Due to jumping into Heroic raiding, i have been lacking gear therefore damage is abit low compared to the other Shadow Priests.

I really like WeakAuras. I have special images for Bloodlust, UVOLS Proccs, Vampiric Embrace, VP-Trinket Proccs, LMG Proccs, Twist of Fate Proccs, Dispersion and Shadow Word:Death orb generation. I use Shadow Priest DoT Timer because I think its quite nice to have an overview over the stats you refresh your DoT's with. Moreover it is really handy for micromanaging, which I generally do.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?

I think Cerebral has the qualities that im looking for. These properties are to be serious when it comes to raiding, while at the same time have a good relationship with people who have a sense of humor. Have a strong and fair leader who can make the right decisions when needed, and care for the members, not just about themselves. I want a nice guild to experience all the raiding days, who can have fun at the right times and be serious when needed.

I also did choose to apply for Cerebral to have a stable guild when WoD hits. I see your the oldest guild on the server which makes this choice even better. I asked Xt if you were doing PTR testing. And he told me you were or atleast were gonna try. I would love to do some PTR raiding since thats pretty much what you have to do nowadays to compete.

Players you know / How did you come across us? I spoke to Xt in game after seeing recruitment in trade.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

I will be able to keep a close attedence to 100%. I will also be able to attend the alt run's if I would have a spot there on either my Shaman or Druid! I like clearing content on several characters!

Previous online gaming experience (if any): Not really. Playing abit of CS:GO and LoL with friends whenever I have time for it.

Anything else you'd like to include about yourself: I like to bring my personality to the role I play. I have a good sense of humour and I know that having good morale among guild members along with friendship can improve raid performance. I also know when to be serious and when to be less so. I am eighteen years old, but my maturity levels are much higher. I like to keep a professional stature; I enjoy being known as a serious player. I hope to influence others who maybe aren’t as skilled as myself and I look up to players who are more skilled than I. I love learning and I do what I can to learn anything I don’t already know. Inside and outside of World of Warcraft. I am good at taking criticism and I know authority well. I put the most effort I can in everything I do and I always have done. Dunno what to say really you lack trinkets thats for sure a good 10-15k DPS right there... you seem to know what your doing when it comes to reforges, gemming etc could change couple enchants and reforges by a couple I mean 2 max... other than that things seem cool I cant really say anything else apart from you lack trinkets and a few more items but your progress 9/13 HC is decent but imho we dont need a 4th SP especially with raids going 20 man next expansion anyway gl with the app.

I actually forgot to reforge since my previous loot.
I have now reforged and ended up with

In the end this gave me
Mastery
59.14%
+0.69%

Which is a gain since mastery scales better for me with the ULVS trinket that I explained above in my application.

According to trinkets, yes I do lack them. Though items are items . Immerseus Trinket from first boss will give me even more DPS according to simcraft 30-40k.

Yes, I'm aware of you having 4 Sp's but I wanted to apply anyway since I think i'm a good addition to your guild.

Well from the replies your giving you certainly know what your doing m8 and ye thats the changes I meant with the reforges etc so u already know so I asume you use ask mr robot like myself which is cool once again gl with the app.

Withdrawing my application due to you dont really seem to need another Shadow Priest. And since i'm abit undergeared I will mostly slow your progress down.
