:: Application ::
-----------------------------------
Character Details
-----------------------------------
Character Name: Celean - EU Ravencrest

Class: Mistweaver Monk

Level: 90

(Provide us with a link to your profile in the Armory)
http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/ravencrest/Celean/simple

Professions and Skill Level:
Herb/Alch 600

What Elixirs/Flasks/Buff food do you use in raids to boost your performance?

Mogu Fish Stew 300 int food
Flask of the Warm Sun 1320 int flask (with mixology)
Potion of the Jade Serpent 4000 int potion for pre-pot'ing
And either Potion of the Jade Serpent for throughput, Master Mana Potion for instant mana or Potion of Focus if a fight allows me to not cast for 10 seconds.

Describe what you think you would bring to our guild if accepted. (raiding and social aspects)
I am a stable and fun guy, who lose raiding, progressing and healing. I have played healer since the beginning of WotLK and have played every healer there is at one point in between then and now and finally settled on Monk. I am a healing power house who will bring steady and reactionary healing to your team.

-----------------------------------
Character History
-----------------------------------
Previous Guilds: Broken - EU Neptulon: I raided in this guild when i was younger and made a lot of friends there, they eventually stopped playing (raid and guild leader were a couple and broke up) and i switched server to Ravencrest in the start of MoP in hope of greener pastures, which i found for a while in Forsaken Bloodline which is the guild i am in currently. My reason for wanting to leave this guild is the casual nature of the guild, i wanna push some more limits and see what i can really do with my character.

Reason for Leaving: Answered above.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played?
I started this character in the beginning of MoP after not playing in most of Cata as i didn't like the expansion.
I have 39 days played on this character.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic
I was going to school at the start of MoP and only played casually, i got 4/6 HC MSV 6/6 N HoF 4/4 N ToeS all 10 man when it was current content.
As of right now i am 10/13 HC ToT stuck on Dark Animus, mostly because my raiding group is pretty casual and shows up when they want/have time.

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.
I didn't play Vanilla and only a small amount in TBC. During wrath i started playing after Naxx was cleared and Ulduar was about to open which i cleared as server 2nd. TotC we got top 5 tribute to immortality. ICC i cleared fairly slowly as this was at a point were our guild were going through a lot of roster changes.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
My responsibilities in a raid is observing and reacting accordingly at the best of my capabilities. And it is to work as a team with my fellow healers.

What is your Spell Rotation/Priority ?
As a healer this a difficult question to answer so i will go over it as best as i can.
The first rule is to always be reactionary, there is never 1 rotation or spell priority.
It also depends what kind of healer team composition i am working with. For example on an encounter where ranged are spread out and my team consist of a lot of shamans and paladins (who are good at clumped up healing or tank healing) i will focus on ranged and trust my healer team to do their part.
Healing is a very versatile role and have different jobs to fill
If i wanna single target heal this could be a 'rotation':
Soothing Mist -> Enveloping mist -> if more needed i spam Surging Mist or use my Life Cocoon
For AoE: I try to keep Renewing Mist on as many targets as possible and Uplift when i have the chi for it, if it spread out encounter i generate chi with Soothing Mist, Expel Harm and Renewing Mist. If it a clumped up fight i use Spinning Crane Kick (or 5.4 patch Rushing Jade Wind) to generate chi. I can also you Chi Torpedo for clumped up healing.
If AoE healing intensifies, i should have agreed with my other healers how to deal with it using raid cooldowns such as Revival, Healing Tide Totem and Tranquility.
Another possibility is to use 'Emmince' healing which is dps centric and heals through dmg.
This is but a short description of what i can do in a small number of scenarios.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
Reforging:
9258 haste > crit > mastery > spirit
I have gone for 9258 haste breakpoint which gives be an extra tic on renewing mist and another tic on renewing mist when i use my Herbalism spell Lifeblood, this increase my AoE healing significantly. After that i have chosen Crit because the throughput from Crit is better than mastery (this may change with monk T16 2p set bonus that basicly increases mastery value by 45%, but the can still be some tweaking done since it is ptr notes) and crit gives me mana tea which is why i have reforged everything out of spirit as this is enough to keep me from going oom. Then as my last secondary stat i chose mastery because the other choices are simply more healing. At the very last i have spirit because my Mana Tea Leaf are sufficient mana on top my ~7300 spirit which is the minimum i can get with my current gear.
My gem i have chosen to reach my haste breakpoint and give me as much intellect, which is my best stat, as possible.

Also Post a UI Screen Shot (this is so we know how you see what's around you)

Don't look at numbers i just jumped into a LFR to get a screenshot.

Provide a relevant World of Logs report from your past guild/raid. Not being able to provide this can be detrimental to your application. If you do not have any relevant logs, please run an LFR and log that, we are not looking at your damage, more so your buff up-times etc.
This is a log of our first Megaera HC kill.

WoWProgress

Not for raiding.

Yes.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.
I can raid every Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur/Sun with near 100% attendance and most Fri/Sat without any promises.

Previous online gaming experience (if any): I have played CSS and LoL for multiplayer games and been jumping around in MMO's but nothing stuck like WoW.

Anything else you'd like to include about yourself:
I am atm on a different server and you can reach me at Nooble#2472 battle tag or lucas-wermuth@hotmail.com email.
Other than that im a chill cool guy who would like a little more challenge than i am currently getting, i am always smiling Smile

Hello there. Thank you for applying to Cerebral!

Just a few questions I would like you to answer:

1: Reason for 200 spirit on chest enchant?

and

2: Reason for gemming Intellect instead of crit?

Thank you. XT

@Xt
Spirit enchant is flat out blunder.
I am gemming int because of it is better for varied healing, where crit is not the best stat for every aspect of monk healing.
@Holythoaee Fistweaving is amazing for lower healing phases because it adds dmg to your raid, but there are better alternatives when there is only tank dmg or only steady raid healing.
