on the raiding part, you would get a Dedicated, loyal player, that gives himself a 110% during raids, and a player that learns from his mistakes.
on the social part, i'm a very friendly guy, that likes to help in one way or another. achievement, quests, etc.

Previous Guilds:
I was in 'A Few Good Fellas' towards the end of Icecrown, but i left them after the old GM came back. he took prio on pretty much everything he could use, he took prio on shadowfrost shards, even when a ret paladin already had 27 of them, i just wouldn't stay there, to watch him crash the guild.
after Cata came out, i joined up with some friends in a guild called 'Nevertheless' we cleared 3/13 HC, and was stuck on Atramedes HC... yes.. stuck on him -.- i later left them to join a guild that i can't remember the name of, left them after the GM changed server and the guild kinda died.
i then joined 'A Few Good Fellas' again in cata, after seeing one of their members jumping up & down in Orgrimmar. i joined them, and cleared 13/13HC with them. when firelands came out, we got 6/7 HC down pre-nerf & got ragnaros down to 23%, and after the raid, we lost our shadowpriest, and out GM didn't wanted to spent time to get another person to replace him, so the guild sadly stoped raiding after that.
i then moved to join 'Hindsight' on Shattered-hand and got my ragnaros kill there. when Dragonsoul came out, we cleared normal the first week & got ready for HC. i wasn't there for the first boss on HC, but i came in on Unsleeping, we got him to around 55% that night, and the next day when i logged on, i saw that the guild had killed 5 bosses on heroic, i then asked an officer what was going on, and i was told that they went 10man with their main people, and wasn't planing on going back to 25man.
i went back to Frostmane, and joined 'In Excelsis' on my shaman, we got 4/8 down on HC, we then got offered to join the alliance guild 'Style' we factionchanged over, and cleared Dragonsoul HC, ending up getting World 216 on Deathwing 25HC.
about a week before MoP came out, most of the mainraiders left Stlye to join Nihilum, and after the first week, we left them. the reason for this being, that we had a girl raidier called Bumbie, he wouldn't let her raid.. because she was a girl, and yes, this is a true story. so we left to make our own 10mans guild called 'Macto' we got the first 2 bosses down on HC pretty fast, but after being stuck on spiritbinder for 2 weeks, alot of people left.
i then joined 'Prosperity gaming' Cleared MSV HC with them, as well as the first boss in Toes HC, but then it happend again, one day when i logged in to get ready for the raid, i saw the GMOTD, it pretty much said that they wouldn't be raiding anymore, so i made an apply for Huhuholocs, and i got accepted for trial, but that trial got declined due to me not being abble to keep up with other raiders (dps wise) i will however say, that during my time in huhuholics, i had some computer issues that i fixed later on. when i was kicked from huhuholics, once again, i went back to Frostmane to join a friends guild 'Divide and Conquer' but ended up leaving after a few weeks because of the GM, he was late for his own raids because he was more focused on playing Stacraft, and when he was actually there, he failed on 90% of all bosses. me & my friend (boxxy) joined a friend of ours guild, called 'Synthesis' and thats where i am now.

i made this character in the start of wrath if i remember correctly, i have 165days played on this toon.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
Hunters can bring pretty much any buff to the raid, Crit, attack speed etc.
i would say, that my role in a raid, is to make sure to bring whatever buff is missing, as well as slowing adds on certain fights with Traps - also having to Misdirect adds or a boss to the main/offspec.
What is your Spell Rotation ?
opener:
Survival: Serpent sting > black arrow (Trinket procs) pop Cooldowns > Explosive shot > Glaive toss > Murder & Stampede, spam arcane shot & use explosive shot on Cooldown as well as glaive toss - use Readiness when rapid fire is about to end, and re-do everything (wait with Murder tho, until the duration from the first one is on 2-3seconds)
Beastmaster: Dire beast > serpent sting > Cooldowns > kill command > Stampede > glaive toss > spam arcane shots, and use Kill command on Cooldown, when BW is about to end, pop Readiness, and re-do everything again.
standard rotation:
Survival: keep serpent sting on the target (Cobra shot should be more then enough to keep it up) if it does happen that it falls off for some reason, make sure to get it back on your target asap. use black arrow on cooldown, as well as glaive toss, and try to combine stampede with trinket procs.
Beastmater: Dire beast everytime it comes off Cooldown, same with glaive toss. if your pet have 5 stacks of frenzy, and your BW is ready, or there's a few seconds until you can use it, let your pet keep the stacks during the duration of BW. you shouldn't focus on keeping serpent sting up during your burst, just make sure to spam kill command and glaive toss everytime they come off cooldown, and get as many arcane shots in as possible.
Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
when you have 3/4 RPPM, you should reforge like this - stat priority: Hit cap (7.50%) > Expertise cap (7.50%) > Agility > Haste > crit > mastery
Red sockets - Pure agility.
Blue sockets - Agilit+Hit or Agility+stamina (if you're over the cap)
Yellow sockets - Agility+Haste
reforge any items without haste or crit, into one of those missing stats.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
well, i got a few friends on kazzak, and i can see that you lads are doing well in 25man. and i really miss 25man raiding, so i thought i would give it a go, even tho my personal Raiding experience in Throne of thunder is only 4/13, i belive that i got what it takes.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Wed Thurs Sun Mon. 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.
since i'm not doing anything at the moment (irl) i can't play pretty much anyday of the week at any given time. i am however, starting on my old education as a welder soon, but it shouldn't change my playing hours.
