Reason for Leaving:
In wrath I did hardcore raiding in a guild called Fortuna (4 days a week from 7 till 12). We basicly did everything on hardmode or heroic untill LK hc. Afther a while we disbanded because we could kill LK hc. Peopl left (me included). I joined a guild called Ronin. Didnt work out for me because I basicly played alone because all my friends quited the game or had a brake, I was basicly alone. Then I took a brake. When i came back i joined a guild that some friends made and raided firelands. We did good and alsmost killed Ragnaros hc. Again people quited and since that time I'm joining little guild where some old hc raiders are raiding from the past. Atm I'm in that guild with friends that I've been playing with for 4 years now. We are raiding 3 times a week but nothing special. More fun raids then progression. Afther a while i got officer and raid leaded with my friend. We killed full tier 14 on normal before 5.2 hit. This was still on blade edge (realm). The realm was dying so we moved to kazzak. We went 25 man raiding (again). I realy tried my best to lead unskilled players and get them to preform at there best. It didnt work. Our healer team could heal bosses like tortos or magera. That why im searching for a new guild now.

I’m a ex hardcore raider with allot of raiding experiance with some raidleading.

I’ve started playing in end tbc. My /played is 220 days on my rogue.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning

My responsibilities in the raid are:
TOTT tanks with pulls and extra adds in a fight.
Preform the best dps i can do with my gear.
Read up on tactics and watch videos before a raid.
Always preform at your best.
Dont stand in shit that kills you.
Use smoke bomb when stacking up for damadge reduction.
Admid when you did something wrong.|

What is your Spell Rotation ?
- Pre pot
- Go stealth
- Garrote
- Use combo point for S&D
- Get 5 combo points with mutilate or dispatch
- Use combo points for Rupture
- Use Vendetta and shadowblades and Vanish
- Get 5 combo points with mutilate or dispatch or Ambush
- Use combo points for Evernom
- Use Preparation and use Ambush again.
- Afther this is basicly having 100% uptime on your Rupture and Evenom.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.

Rogue’s have an asome website for reforging. Its called shadowcraft. The rogue’s is your guild all know this website. It tells me what statt is best for me. I use this website to reforge and enchant my gear. Here is the list with my stat weights:

I know its not much but ive just stared logging in my guild. Also the dps is lower because im raid leading. On some fights its hard to dps at max and see who fucks up in the raid.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
Well I dont want to raid in 10 mans anymore. I went to wowprogres and searched for guilds that needed rogue’s. Also the progress is importent for me. I want to get back into heroic raiding. Cerebral cleared normal TOT on 25 man and is progressing into 25 man heroic. Afthert hat i saw your recruitment officer in trade. I asked him if Cerebral needed any rogues.
