As a person outside of WoW, im a Admin + Marketing Manager, working hard with minimal play time (i mean going out). I have always been a hard gamer, before I started playing wow i used to play Counter Strike 1.6 an Counter Strike: Source competeivley, went to multiple lans for CSS an did quite well for myself, so I no what its like to put in the time an effort to progress an achieve what is required as a team or now in wow as a guild, if that be Realm First, Faction Firsts or even Guild firsts.

Reason for Leaving:
I had been with pulse pretty much throughout Cataclysm, ive played DK, Boomkin and Hunter all expansion, during WOTLK I played Death Knight with a guild called Closure, I left Closure when TOC got released and I started University. I then went in an out of guilds when I came back to WOW during the end of ICC, although I did end up clearing 11/12 HC 25 man. When Cataclysm got released i was really laid back an just raided with some friends nothing intresting, I joined Pulse halfway through t11 HC on my hunter and boomkin an went on to clear;
5/6 HC BWD
2/4 HC BOT
1/2 HC TO4W
When firelands came out, we didnt have any DKS an we could see how viable they could be so i re rolled back to my old main. An during Firelands we cleared;
7/7 Normal
6/7 HC with progression on Rag HC.
We also went back an killed Chogall and Sinestra on 25 Man for trinkets.

When DS got released I got promoted to Melee Officer and Raid Leader of Pulse an we started of with a bang. Clearing everything in the first 2 days an making good progression with HC modes, but thats where it all went wrong. It took to long to get a Hagaraa HC kill which caused motivation to be lost within the guild no matter how much we tried, when we eventually got are Hagaraa kill wed lost around 4-5 good raiders, so when we started progression on Yorsaj we had to gear up people to make sure we could meet the DPS requirment which we couldnt we hit enrage at the 24% mark and then ontop of all the work I had accumulated from being in my final year at uni 4 days of raiding plus officer comitments trying to get tactics sorted was taking its tole on me, so I left on good terms with everyone in the guild.
I then joined the guild The Unleash on the server Frostmane, but after passing trial lots of people started going AFK whilst we were progressing on spine hc, an on a 2 day raiding schedule that really dosent help with progression, then on top of that there tanks were being AFK an going on holiday for a few weeks an stuff, an im all for tanking every now an then if we require a DK tank or a 3rd tank or something, but tanking isnt for me on my DK at least.
After that I decided to take a leap forward an join a guild called Fang. They were already 8/8 HC an were on a 1 day raiding schedule which with my ever growing schedule growing of Uni fitted perfectly.I was with Fang around for around 2 months, an although clearing content in 1 day an doing a 6/8 HC alt run is awesome, I miss raiding with friends, that also moved to Kazzak that I used to play in Pulse with (Sharp and Mongo ) an with the new expansion out soon I was looking to start raiding again with them but then real life hit me. I moved to silvermoon alliance an joined a guild called Starlight, everything was going really well we cleared MSV, HoF and Terrace the first week of normals, an we even were making steady progress i belive they have now finished on 13/16 HC for current tier. The reason I left Starlight was I started a new job an before I got promoted to manager I joined a really casual an laid back guild called Calming Storm on an RP server (not the best decsion ive ever made) but the way they raided fitted my schedule perfectly an I it wasnt causing an issue on my new job. Its only recently since I got promoted i tried to push Calming Storm an aim for set raiding days so we could try an gain some ranks as we were having recruitment issues, as you would expect on a dead server, but it wasnt to happen so since I can now raid 3 out of your 4 days guranteed an maybe even sometimes the 4 day on the thursday I have started to look for a new guild.

When did you start this character and how long have you /played?
My warlock originally was a scroll of ress character but its /played is only 13 days, with 10 of them being at 90, Which yes is very low.
But my old main which is my DK is 163 days with 15 days at 90.
An my druid ( which was also a heavily played alt) 125 days, an hes not 90.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic.
10 and 25 Man Normal = Full Clears.
25 HC = MSV = 4/6 HC
10 HC = MSV 5/6 HC and HoF 2/6 HC

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.

TBC: Started late TBC, got some BT.
WOTLK: Started in previous guilds but easy format.
WOTLK: Everything but LK HC + Halion HC.

T11 : 11/13 HC (Everything but Al'akir and Council) (Chogall, SInestra + Nef during Firelands)
T12 : 7/7HC (Ragnaros during Dragon Soul)
T13: 8/8 HC (10% Nerf Spine + Madness, could of been 15.)

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
To be 110% focused, dedicated an most of all honest.
To be focused in a raid, isnt a responsibility, its expected you join a raiding guild because you want to, your not forced to so your there because you want to raid, so being focused, dedicated is expected because you have made the choice to join a guild an do your best.
The reason for honesty, theres nothing worse than lieing to get yourself somewhere inside a guild/raid. If you fuck up its human, an instead of blaming it on a tactic or another member its better to be honest so you can be shown or given better understanding, an if you just plainly don't understand or something its better to tell someone/raid leader so that they can try to replace you as theres nothing worse than slowing progression down on purpose.

Fill with Malific Grasp, keeping 100% uptime on dots, and re applying new dots with procs. (todo this I use AffDots which tells me when I will gain a dps increase for re applying my dots with or without the benefit of pandemic.

Keeping my dots up an when hitting below 20% replacing Maleifc Grasp with Drain Soul, depend son Boss Mechanics/Tactics/Blood Lust depends when I use my Doom Guard.

*Note* Currently with Warlock 4pc Dark Sool Cooldown is reduced down to 1 min 33 sec cooldown so I try to keep it on cooldown. When 4pc has been replaced it will be a 2 minute cooldown so it then begins to get used for specific burns ie, pull, or burn phases (think Meljarak) or for Execute ranges.

The difference between using blood lust at the start means I can pop Doom Guard on the pull to make full benefits.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
Reforge; I currently try to reforge as much as possible into Mastery, as an affliction warlock mastery is main prio for me as it increases my damage on (Agony, Corruption and Unstable Affliction)

Geming; Full mastery in Yellows
Int + Mastery in Reds/Orange
Hit + Mastery in Blues/Greens
Enchants; Full enchants on all items, no matter on the ilvl.

Friends in this guild have said nothing but wonderful things about the atmosphere in an out of raids, your well established looking at your website youve been going for 6 years now which is very impressive and I wish to be a part of it for another 6 years.

What days can you play and what hours during those days (Please let us know now so no confusion is caused if you were to be accepted)?:
(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

I can raid Wednesday, Sunday and Monday. And probably the occasional wednesday but those 3 days will be 100%.

Competitive Counter Strike 1.6 and Counter Strike Source, multiple LAN's across europe and UK.
I pretend to be a pro at League of Legends, stuck in Bronze 3 like a badie, wanna be commentator.

I appreciate I haven't been playing Warlock all that long, but my past experience within the game an always having geared alts, an a thirst for making sure I know whats what for most classes I play or friends play, I try to keep myself ontop of my game, if that be watching high progressed guilds from warlock POV's (eg Sparkpluggz from Method or Everlia from Apex, and now Blatty from Method) or if that be constant checking of MMO Champion, Sim Craft an Eltist Jerks, im 100% dedicated to making sure I can perform to the best of my ability given the situation

Also if accepted before raid on the 6th March, I will be able to transfer immediatly for first raid in Throne of Thunder.
