I do the entire boss encounter research, be it online clips or walls of text explanations from top tier guilds. I am also always aware of my surrounding during a raid and keep a close eye on everything that takes place. I learn very fast and almost never repeat a mistake I am always updated on my class and spec and make sure I also know a lot about other classes and specs. I realize this always comes in handy. I do have experience with raid leading. I lead a raid of 10 into firelands and we downed Ragnaros normal mode 3 weeks in a row. I mention this because I believe if a player can successfully perform well, be aware of his surroundings and what others are doing and to top it off, surviving the whole encounter, then I think this player who ever it might be will be a great asset to any guild

i have done 4/7 on 25man (Shannox-Beth-lord Ryolith-Baerloc)
in 10mans 7/7 (We Tryed Shannox HC 28% Was Best Try)

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isnt really worth mentioning
Performing Very Good on Bosses encounters Never Hold the Guild Back on Progressing Dont go Afk Randomly Without saying to the guild leader or Raid leader
And Giving The BoP On Times when asked Giving Salvation if needed Never Over Aggro The tanks

How would you feel if you were asked to respec by the guild or by your class leader to either help guild or improve your dps/healing/tanking?
We dont mean we will ask a healer to go DPS, we mean if if we think your points could be spent better.

For the Cooldowns Part i use my Cooldowns When i gather 3 holy power Pop Zelot then inq and wings with Pet i use a macro for that

(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance prefered.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-2330 server time we do occasionaly stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

Gear and reforge is k, if that set up is more dps than just going full mastery + haste skipping crit??

Dps from that report seems really really weak it was a while ago have you got no up to date dps report?

The section about your spell rotation is very short and misses alot so if ye could fill that in please.

i cant go full Mastery Cuz i need to balance the Crict and Haste little im useing a website to balance My Gear Reforging Called Ask Mr robot currently my gear is fully Reforged Correctly until further Upgrade

I dont listen to crappy things like that cuz usually they miss things, even examplars Spreadsheet on EJ is constantly updated due to mistakes..

Stat weights are constantly changing with even 1 upgrade but going full mastery is the way to go.. no matter wat some silly website says as they are usually wrong.

Should do your own tests instead as they are usually better..

Do you know the EP value of yur current stats at the mo?

Edit: also you never went into more detail about your rotation??

im just wonder about if u looked at my Gear Reforge ?

As i Recall I mean what im seeing ^^ online Right now Every Single item i have Has Mastery Reforge i wont go Gemming Mastery Check it out first Since my Reforges When i say Balance i say if my item has an mastery on it and Lets say Haste i change to crict since i will benefit More from Crict Maybe u didnt understand That This is the Max Mastery i can get with this Gear right now i cant go further With my Currently Gear unless Gemming Mastery Yes which will make me lose Dps

Why not just leave the haste? seeing as haste has an excellent EP value compared to crit and in some cases mastery depending on set up...

I wouldnt expect you to gem anything other than str which would be dumb..

also ya skipped my rotation question again could you go into more detail please.

Anyways watever the reforging the ep is so close its not gambreaking but ye an uptodate dmg report would be nice to see how your dps is,

Your cooldown usuage is pretty wrong or not detailed enough...

You have 4set therefore your CD usuage should be:

Zealotry wait 5 sec > GoAK wait 10secs > Wings + apparatus + pot
