Previous Guilds:
Flying Dutchmen - dutch social guild
Sub Rosa - 10M raiding Firelands HC and DS HC
Invictus - 10M raiding MoP HC

Reason for Leaving:
FD - we could only recruit dutchies which didnt work out
Sub Rosa - when D3 came out and we left DS HC behind us. When MoP started not mutch showed and disbanded.
Invictus - good raiding guild but people started whining not show and quiting wow, GM left to best horde guild on realm (solaris-ragnaros)

This char is made in Wotlk: time played 37 days, 16days on 90
I played this char on DS HC as shadow and Disc.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Mists of Pandaria? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic
Everything is 10M
HC MsV: (5/6 HC warrior DPS) (3/6HC disc priest: Doggs, feng & elegon)
HC HoF: (Blade lord: warrior) (Wind lord: warrior dps and Priest shadow mass dispeller) (Zor'lok 2% both warrior and priest Disc) (Garalon Hc few tries warrior)
MsV, HoF & ToES full clear normal

What previous raid experience (Vanilla, TBC, WoLK, Cata) do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 90.
(Vanilla: MC + BWL - warlock)
(TBC: all but SWP resto shaman)
(Wotlk: wow break - later pugger ICC pala tank)
Cataclysm:
5/6 BwD HC pala tank)
(2/4 HC BOT pala tank)
(6/7 HC Firelands)
(8/8 HC DS)

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isn't really worth mentioning
Disc is att the best healer in most fights. Good raid healing with divine Aegis, spirit shell, prayer of mending and Talent 6)
But also single target tank healing, shielding penance ect. Also Smiting rocks. Pro mana regen CD, nice raid CD: PW: barrier. Health swap: void swift.
And i got a decent Shadow priest offspec Smile

What is your Spell Rotation ?
Depends on all fights: but i start with doing 4 smites, than 1 holy fire and then smiting again. i pw shield so i regain mana, and then depends if tanks get damage or we get inc raid damage: 5 stacks envaglism and use wings to get some divine aegis or spirit shells on the raid. spam Prayer of mending on CD, same with T6. CD my Rapture 24/7 and try keep high mana with mind bender and rapture. penance on cd on tanks to get 3x healing stacks. after Pw:S i gain borrowed time and use an renew on tanks when i need.

Why have you chosen to reforge, gem and enchant the way you have? Give a brief description on why particular stats are good for your class/spec.
Iam Fully reforged spirit than mastery > crit also with gemming.
Alsmost all my healing parts are mastery + spirit statwise.

Mon, tue, wed, thur, sun : 20:00 - 00:00

(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/5 nights week with higher attendance preferred.) Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-0000 server time we do occasionally stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

I really hope that's your shadow gear. Could you please log out in the correct gear so that we can review it.

Also, you say you use grid? And in the screen shot that looks like default blizzard raid frames. Is this an up to date screen shot? If not please re-post with a newer one.

Yes this is my shadow gear, with parts of my disc gear which i use for both, also i use standard Blizzard raid frames, but The Click set of Grid is on it.

so the screenie is correct, i made this yesterday.
I'am on kazzak allready as 'cytokine' but iam not on the armory yet.
