A mature and experienced healer, who's been playing his class for over 4 years. Also hope we can have a bit of fun while progressing.

Previous Guilds: Daylight hours, Relinquish, Relinquish(Saurfang, we transfered stayed there for the last 2 expansions) ... before that can't really remember any besides Ordo Lucis which was my vanilla wow guild, inbetween that was a period of guild hopping, which was the period in which alot of guilds were breaking up on saurfang.

Reason for Leaving: Used to be an officer of relinquish, went on holiday for 4 weeks, came back and I had been replaced and a few friends had quit, decided it wasn't a place i wanted to be. In Daylight hours the trend seems to be that we are told not to save to Firelands or any other instance until tuesday when "There arn't enough people, you can pug it".

Created it at Vanilla, played resto back then... and still do.

What encounters and raids have you experienced in Cataclysm? Please state if it was on 10man or 25man and was it normal or heroic
BWD 6/6 normal 10man

What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.
ICC10man 6 or so heroics then got bored

Bits of SSC/TK
Cleared MC, most of BWL parts of AQ20/40

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isnt really worth mentioning
As a resto druid the main job I have is to have quick reactions when a random member needs to be healed up, being prepared when I know when raid wide damage is about to occur. Also keeping 3 stacks of lifebloom on a tank continuously helps out tank healers.

How would you feel if you were asked to respec by the guild or by your class leader to either help guild or improve your dps/healing/tanking?
We dont mean we will ask a healer to go DPS, we mean if if we think your points could be spent better.
If it helps to better my heals then of course I would.

What is your Spell Rotation ?
3 LB stacks on tank before begining with a rejuv on both tanks. Throwing about rejuvs when there's injured players, followed up with a nourish/HT depending on if they are severly injured or I have 3 Rejuv's in raid. Wild growth is usually up whenever possible, unless I'm keeping it in preperation for raid wide damage. Swiftmeld is usually kept ready for a quick heal to keep a player from death or kept for use when raidwide damage is occuring and players are reletively stacked so efflorescence can give a boost to heals and is maximised. Regrowth is generally used once or so a minute just to get the boost in haste for 15 seconds, or used as a quick heal to save someone, or used when I need to heal several people and need a haste boost.

Why did you choose to apply to this guild in particular?
Had a little chat with a member who was looking to recruit, seemed like a nice guy, and the guild sounded both progressed and a nice place to be. Other than that I want to move from 10mans into 25man as it seems far more fun.

Raid days are Sun-Thur, 2000-2330 server time we do occasionaly stay later if we are close to a kill. Fri & Sat are off nights but if people are online we try to do alt runs or RBG's.

Hi.

1. you ar Jc and you like pretty gem and you only have 1x jc gems in your gear Oo.

2. your gear progres you got like 5-7 items in last past 2days in daylight and you cry abut that thay dont let you pug. Sry but cerebral is not a guild for you at all as we dont let mains to pug at all.

3. your reforging and enchanting is off, if you cant hit 2005 cap then there is no point at all to reforge to haste...

* 916: 5th tick of Rejuvenation. You should have this in any raid gearset.
* 1573: 9th tick of Wild Growth and Effloresence with Dark Intent. If you have DI, you only have to make it to here instead of 2005 to get this nice bonus.
* 1602: 5th tick of Rejuvenation without 5% haste. If you're missing the haste buff, you really want to be at this point or higher.
* 1779: 6th tick of Rejuvenation with Nature's Grace.
* 2005: 9th tick of Wild Growth and Efflorescence. This point is very valuable, as these two spells make up a large portion of our healing.
* 2032: 6th tick of Rejuvenation with Shard of Woe proc active. If you have a Shard, this is only a small leap from 2005 and makes your trinket use much more effective.
* 2490: 7th tick of Rejuvenation with Nature's Grace and Shard of Woe active.
* 3106: 11th tick of Wild Growth/Efflorescence with Nature's Grace.
* 3478: 6th tick of Rejuvenation with Dark Intent.
* 3754: 10th tick of Wild Growth/Efflorescence.
* 3967: 6th tick of Rejuvenation.

see if you cant get to 2005 all you need is 916.

enchanting slack enchant on wep you need power torrent.
chest: 20stats > 40 spirit.....
gloves: 65 mastery > 50 haste if you cant get to 2005 haste
Boots: 35mastery and move speed > 50 haste if you cant get to 2005.

PS: dont try to get 2005 if you cant get it rightnow as all betwin 916 and 2005 is w8st off stats...
