What previous raid experience do you have on this char? Please only mention stuff you did at the time when it was a current raid, we dont need to know you can clear black temple when you are level 85.
Downed 7/12 in icc normal then i quit on my priest for a while since my guild needed a mage so i geared him up then i got back to my priest and downed Lich King

What do you think YOUR responsibilities are in a raid? :
Give a original answer here, saying to buff and dps/heal/tank isnt really worth mentioning
Well , id be on the ranged side of responsibility

How would you feel if you were asked to respec by the guild or by your class leader to either help guild or improve your dps/healing/tanking?
We dont mean we will ask a healer to go DPS, we mean if if we think your points could be spent better.
If it will improve my dps then ofc i would do it Very Happy

What is your Spell Rotation ?
Shadow Pain > Mind Flay x3 > Mind Blast > VT > DP > Archell > Pet > Trinket > Mind flay till i get full orbs > Mind Blast and over and over again

Having probs with that , but in BH Its all bout tank n spank i do bout 22-26k there depends on how lucky i am with the crits

(Members are required to be available for raiding at least 3/4 nights week, from 20.00 - 11.30 server time or later) Raid days are Sun-Thur Fri - SAt are Optional which we try to do 10 mans.
I Can come on those 3 offical nights but on saterdays ill do my best but i cant promise u guys ill be on every single night for that

16.5k dps on dummie for 4 mins

You'r spell rotation is wrong, you should aim to get all dots on asap so it would look like this: Vampiric Touch (Try to start casting it before the pull) - Shadow Word: Pain - Devouring Plague - Mind Flay - Mind Blast if a Shadow Orb has spawned / Mind Flay - Mind Blast if a Shadow Orb has spawned - Vampiric Touch -Archangel - Mind Blast - Normal Rotation. You'r gemins is wrong as you'r going for useless socket bonuses, only 20+ int bonus is worth going for, other than it's usually better to use 40 int. You reforged haste on wand to spirit, you should be never touching haste, especially when you can get hit from you'r shoulders or head. Also you really should get some dot timer, as it makes multi dotting alot easier, you cant really do it properly with default ui. Spec wise, it would be better to drop psychic horror and put this 1 point in inner sanctum as in firelands there is alot of spell dmg so some additional reduction is more helpfull, that's a minor thing tho.

The other thing that is worries me is that you dont have any hm experience at all, and How do you imagine raiding with us when clock change and you will be few hours infront of server time ? (seeing as you'r from Dubai)
